*Episode 148*

*OUR MARRIAGE OF TODAY* (Copied)

An hadith of Abu hurayrah (r.a) saying,
I heard the prophet (s.a.w) saying,
There will come a time where you will follow some people inch by inch, pit by pit that even if they are to fall into the lizard's hole, you will follow them. The sahaba asked are they the Jews and Christians? He (s.a.w) said then who?
Saheeh Muslim.

Today we are copying the western style and we see it as civilisation even if it is against our deen.
Our marriages are full of evil and corruption and that is why there is high divorce.
Today a Muslim marriage has become wedding where two married couples will come out and dance infront of their wali. There is no shyness.
Putting ring in the hands of one another.
Sending pictures on social media for likes.
Kissing around and videotaping.
All these are evil of our marriage today.
The prophet (s.a.w) said,
Allah (s.w.t) takes away the blessings of anything that is done against him.
If so then many marriages have no blessings.
There is showoff of wealth while the couples are poor.
The woman is not allowed to come out for people to see her.
She is to be covered even her face and the father or some two women can accompany with songs of marriage to the house of the husband.
But the bride dancing around with her awrah outside in the name of civilisation.
Rasulullah (s.a.w.) said the dayyuth will not enter paradise.
The sahaba asked who is dayyuth? He s.a.w said anyone who is not jealous of his wife exposing her awrah to other men. Saheeh by tirmidhee.

May Allah guides us to the right path. Ameen

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today?

One of the question asked is can a Christian enter Jannah today? Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire. Allah says, Al-Ma'idah 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.

PURIFICATION OF THE HEART

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart. Surah Ash-Shu’ara 26:88-89.  We learn from these verses that our success in the Hereafter depends upon the purification of our hearts in this life. We must purify our hearts from spiritual sins such as greed, malice, envy, arrog...
