DISOBEDIENCE TO ALLAH AZZAWAJAL OPENS THE DOOR TO SHAYTAAN'S INFLUENCE

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER Yaum Arba'a | 19th day of Rabee-uthaani, 1448 AH | Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 DISOBEDIENCE TO ALLAH AZZAWAJAL OPENS THE DOOR TO SHAYTAAN'S INFLUENCE بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ My dear brothers and sisters in Islaam, Never underestimate the danger of disobeying ALLAH Azzawajal . A sin may appear small in our eyes, but repeated disobedience can gradually harden the heart, weaken our connection with our Creator, and make us increasingly vulnerable to the whispers of Shaytaan . ALLAH Azzawajal warns us: “O you who believe! Do not follow the footsteps of Shaytaan. Whoever follows the footsteps of Shaytaan, then indeed he commands immorality and wrongdoing.” Qur’an 24:21 Notice the words: “the footsteps of Shaytaan.” Shaytaan does not necessarily lead a person into major sins all at once. He often begins with seemingly small steps: A prayer that is deliberately delayed... A forbidden glance... A lie that seems insignificant... ...

WHAT WILL YOU TAKE WITH YOU?

FAJR REMINDER: WHAT WILL YOU TAKE WITH YOU? Rabī' Al-Akhīr 18, 1448 AH | 30 September 2026 بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Each morning, we wake up and immediately begin preparing for this world. We think about the work waiting for us, the bills we must pay, the businesses we hope to grow, the homes we dream of building, the things we want to buy, and the goals we still hope to achieve. We make plans for tomorrow. We make plans for next week. We make plans for next year. But there is one journey for which none of us knows the date of departure. The journey of death. It is the one journey from which there is no return. Every sunrise brings us one day closer to it, even though we may not feel it. Every breath we take is one breath fewer in this worldly life. Allāh (ﷻ) says: “Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your full reward on the Day of Resurrection.” [Sūrah Āl-'Imrān 3:185] Death does not wait until we have completed our plans. It does not wait...

YOUR TRUE COLOUR

YOUR TRUE COLOUR بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم The results of our deeds—good or bad—will not be given to us in this world. Our final results will be revealed on the Day of Judgement. My dear brother and sister, please listen. Allah (SWT) has given us a special organ in our body that can determine whether we pass or fail in this test of life. This organ is the heart. The heart is where our intentions reside. It is also where we may conceal our sins and desires from people. When we are alone, it may whisper: "No one is watching. Go ahead. Do it." Actually, it is easy to appear righteous in front of others. We pray. We give charity. We speak kindly. We behave well. People may look at us and say: "Masha'Allah, what a good Muslim." But how are we when we are alone? If someone is one person in public but completely different in private—obedient before people but sinful when nobody is watching—then this is something that should deeply concern the heart. Eve...

THE MUSLIM HOME Episode 1

AS-SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKAATUHU Let us begin tonight's education. Our topic is: 🏠 THE MUSLIM HOME Episode 1 📅 Wednesday , 30th September 2026 🌙 19 Rabee'ul-Thaani 1448 AH ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PAGE 1 ✍🏻 All praise be to Allaah. We praise Him, seek His help and seek His forgiveness. We seek refuge with Allaah from the evil of our own selves and from our evil deeds. Whomsoever Allaah guides, no one can lead astray; and whomsoever He leaves astray, no one can guide. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allaah Alone, with no partner or associate, and I bear witness that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PAGE 2 ✍🏻 🏠 THE HOME IS A BLESSING Allaah says: {And Allaah has made for you in your homes an abode…} 📖 [Qur'aan 16:80] Ibn Katheer, may Allaah have mercy on him, said: “Here Allaah, may He be blessed and exalted, is mentioning His complete blessing to His slaves: He has given them homes wh...

A BLESSING YOU MAY HAVE OVERLOOKED

FAJR REMINDER: A BLESSING YOU MAY HAVE OVERLOOKED By: Umm Affān Rabī‘ Al-Akhīr 17, 1448 (29 September 2026) Occasionally, a blessing can become so familiar that we no longer appreciate it. We wake each morning, breathing effortlessly, opening our eyes to see, hearing the sounds around us, walking on our own feet, eating, drinking, conversing, and going about our daily routines as though these things are guaranteed. But they are not. Each new day is a gift from Allāh. Allāh (ﷻ) states: “And if you would count the Graces of Allāh, never could you be able to count them. Truly! Allāh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” [Sūrah An-Naḥl 16:18] We may become so accustomed to our blessings that we only recognize their value when they are lost. We appreciate good health during illness, the presence of loved ones when they are gone, sight when it becomes impaired, and time when it has already passed. Genuine gratitude goes beyond merely saying Alḥamdulillāh . It involves acknowle...

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ALLĀH?

FAJR REMINDER: WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ALLĀH? By: Umm Affān Rabī' Al-Akhīr 16, 1448 (28 September 2026) One of the greatest things a believer can possess is a heart that thinks well of his Lord. When you remember Allāh, trust in His Mercy, turn to Him in repentance, and strive to obey Him, you are dealing with a Lord whose generosity far exceeds your efforts. Every step you take towards Him is known to Him, and no sincere effort made for His Sake is ever lost. Therefore, having good expectations of Allāh and remembering Him are not passive acts. They are acts of obedience that strengthen the heart and lead a servant towards good deeds. We perform righteous deeds while believing that Allāh loves obedience, accepts sincere deeds, forgives those who repent, and rewards those who strive for His Sake. Abū Hurayrah (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) mentioned that the Prophet (ﷺ) said that Allāh says: “I am as My slave thinks I am, and I am with him when he remembers Me. If he remembers Me to ...

THERE IS AN END TO EVERY HAPPINESS OF THIS EARTH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER Yaum ath-Thalaatha | 18th day of Rabee-uthaani, 1448 AH | Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 THERE IS AN END TO EVERY HAPPINESS OF THIS EARTH BismilLahir-Rahmanir-Raheem. As Muslims, we must never allow the temporary happiness and pleasures of this world to make us forget our Aakhirah (Hereafter). Every happiness in this life has an ending. Your wealth can disappear. Your health can decline. Your beauty will fade. Your children will grow and eventually leave. Your home will one day belong to someone else. Your relationships may change or come to an end. And one day, we will leave everything behind. ALLAH Azzawajal says: “And the life of this world is nothing but play and amusement. But the Hereafter is far better for those who are mindful of ALLAH Azzawajal. Will you not then understand?” Qur’an 6:32 The Prophet ﷺ said: “Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a traveller.” Sahih al-Bukhari So, enjoy the halal blessings that ALLA...

CAN YOU WIN THE WAR?

CAN YOU WIN THE WAR? بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Every single night, something amazing happens above you. Allah (SWT) descends to the lowest heaven in a manner befitting His Majesty. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Our Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains. He says: ‘Who is calling upon Me, so that I may answer him? Who is asking Me, so that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?’” 📚 Sahih al-Bukhari 7494; Sahih Muslim 758 Think about that for a moment. The King of Kings. The One who owns every star, every galaxy, every heartbeat. He calls upon His servants to ask Him, seek His forgiveness and turn to Him. And what are we doing? Sleeping? There is something special about standing before Allah in the stillness of the night. You can pray Duha during the day. You can perform many voluntary acts while you are already awake and active. But getting out of your warm bed in the middle of the night? Tha...

WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO PLEASE?

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER Yaum al-Ithnayn | 17th day of Rabee-uthaani, 1448 AH | Monday, 28th September, 2026. WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO PLEASE? BismilLah. Sometimes, we spend our entire lives trying to please people. We worry about what they will say. We fear their criticism. We change ourselves to gain their approval. And sometimes, we even compromise what pleases ALLAH Azzawajal just to keep people happy. But let us remember something important: WE CANNOT PLEASE EVERY HUMAN BEING. Even if you do everything right, someone may still misunderstand you, criticise you, reject you, or dislike you. So why sacrifice your Aakhirah for the approval of people whose approval will not save you on the Day of Judgement? ALLAH Azzawajal says: “And whoever fears ALLAH, HE will make for him a way out, and provide for him from where he does not expect.” 📚 Qur’an 65:2–3 The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: “Whoever seeks the pleasure of ALLAH even though it makes people ...

A GIFT FOR YOU [Episode 12]

A GIFT FOR YOU [Episode 12] بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ Allah (SWT) has created the future and knows intimately what it holds, just as He knows our past and present. Nothing is hidden from His knowledge. Yet, Allah has given us the ability to make choices and has commanded us to choose righteousness and avoid sin. We do not know what the future holds, and this uncertainty encourages us to strive, make good choices, repent from our mistakes, and do righteous deeds. What matters is that we sincerely strive to obey Allah. Allah (SWT) says: “Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a true believer — We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward according to the best of what they used to do.” 📚 Qur'an 16:97 NOW, LISTEN CAREFULLY… There is a serious category of wrongdoing that involves the rights of other people . Allah (SWT) is the Most Forgiving, but when we wrong another person, repentance involve...

WHAT COUNTS MOST

WHAT COUNTS MOST بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم It is related in some accounts that someone once presented 300 gold coins to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who gave them to ʿAli ibn Abi Talib رضي الله عنه. On his way home, ʿAli رضي الله عنه encountered a woman known for prostitution and gave her 100 of the coins. The following day, people began gossiping about what they considered to be misplaced charity. ʿAli رضي الله عنه was troubled by their criticism and resolved to give the next 100 coins to someone whom people would consider more deserving. He then encountered a man known for stealing and gave him 100 coins. Again, people criticized him for giving charity to someone they regarded as undeserving. Finally, ʿAli رضي الله عنه gave the remaining 100 coins to a wealthy man. Once again, people questioned his decision. According to the account, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was informed that Allah had accepted ʿAli's charity. The woman subsequently abandoned her sinful profession, the thief ...

ASK YOURSELF: IS ALLAH PLEASED WITH ME?

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER Yaum Al-Aḥad | 16th day of Rabīʿ Al-Thānī, 1448 AH | Sunday, 27 September 2026 ASK YOURSELF: IS ALLAH PLEASED WITH ME? Bismillāh. Before you speak, act, earn, spend, use your phone, or make a decision, pause and ask yourself: “Will this please Allāh ʿAzzawajal?” Allāh ʿAzzawajal says: “And the pleasure of Allāh is greater.” — Qur’ān 9:72 The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever seeks the pleasure of Allāh, even if it means displeasing the people, Allāh will be pleased with him…” — Jāmiʿ At-Tirmidhī 2414 Brothers and sisters, we spend so much time asking ourselves: “Will people be pleased with me?” But the question that truly matters is: “IS ALLĀH PLEASED WITH ME?” Our wealth, status, beauty, and worldly achievements will all be left behind. What matters is what we take with us when we return to Allāh ʿAzzawajal. Live for His pleasure. Die upon His pleasure. May Allāh make us among those who earn His pleasure and meet Him while He is pleased with...

TEACH THEM AL-FĀTIḤAH, REAP THE REWARD

FAJR REMINDER: TEACH THEM AL-FĀTIḤAH, REAP THE REWARD Rabīʿ Al-Akhīr 15, 1448 (27 September 2026) Learning, reciting, and teaching the Qur’ān are among the greatest acts of worship a Muslim can engage in. Among the most important portions of the Qur’ān to learn is its opening chapter, Sūrah Al-Fātiḥah. Abū Saʿīd Ibn Al-Muʿallā (Raḍiyallāhu ʿAnhu) narrated: “The Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) said to me, ‘Shall I not teach you the greatest Sūrah in the Qur’ān before I leave the Masjid?’ Then the Prophet (ﷺ) wanted to leave, so I reminded him, and he said: Al-Ḥamdulillāhi Rabbil-ʿĀlamīn (All praise is due to Allāh, the Lord of all that exists). It is the Seven Oft-Repeated Verses and the Grand Qur’ān that has been given to me.” [Sunan Ibn Mājah 3785] Sūrah Al-Fātiḥah also holds a unique position in Ṣalāh, as its recitation is an essential part of the prayer. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “There is no prayer for one who does not recite the opening of the Book, Sūrah Al-Fātiḥah.” [Ṣaḥīḥ ...

UNTIE DEADLY KNOTS

FAJR REMINDER: UNTIE DEADLY KNOTS بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم Allah (SWT) placed Prophet Ādam (AS) and his wife in Paradise. Shayṭān came to them and whispered a lie. He told them that eating from the forbidden tree would make them live forever. Ādam (AS) and his wife ate from it, and Allah (SWT) commanded them to descend to the earth. This teaches us an important lesson: Shayṭān's promises are always lies. Shayṭān is still using the same trick with us today. When he wants you to do something wrong, he puts sweet lies into your heart, such as: (1) “Do it; nobody is watching you.” It is a lie: Allah (SWT) is always watching you. (2) “Don't worry. Allah (SWT) is Most Forgiving, so just do it.” It is a lie: Allah's mercy is not permission to deliberately persist in sin. The believer should never use Allah's forgiveness as an excuse to disobey Him. Rather, when we fall into sin, we should sincerely repent and return to Allah. (3) “Go to a fortune-teller or use char...
