*REMINDER*
Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “As for the ignorant blind-follower, then do not pay any attention to him. Do not allow his insults to offend you, nor his excommunication (Takfīr, Tabdee) [of you], nor his declaring [you to be] misguided. Certainly, it is like the barking of a dog, so do not make the dog important by responding to it every time it barks at you. Leave it in delight with its barking.
And you, yourself, rejoice about the virtue you have been given over him by way of knowledge, faith (Īmān) and guidance. Make your turning away from him part of thankfulness for the blessing of Allāh that He has given you and bestowed upon you.”
