*PRIDE & ARROGANCE*

*Disobedience To The Creator*

Allah ﷻ reminds us in the Qur'an:
*فَلْيَنْظُرِ الْاِنْسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ*
_So let man observe from what he has been created._
[86:5]
This is alerting man to the weakness of his origin from which he was created. The intent of it is to guide man to accept (the reality of) the Hereafter, because whoever is able to begin the creation then he is also able to repeat it in the same way.
*خُلِقَ مِنْ مَّآءٍ دَافِقٍ*
_He was created from a fluid, ejected._
[86:6]
Meaning, the sexual fluid that comes out bursting forth from the man and the woman. Thus, the child is produced from both of them by the permission of Allah ﷻ.
*سبحان الله*
How can you be proud and arrogant, when the Rabb of the Arsh and Kursi is above you, when the Rabb of the worlds has created you and the people in the Dunya who are better than you in your own Talents.
We can't even control our basic desires and needs, is there anything weaker than this?
So how then, are we able to sin forgetting that Allah ﷻ is Al Baseer?
Wallahi, We do not see Allah ﷻ, nor anything of the Unseen.
But Allah sees all,
He ﷻ knows all.
And until we truly realise this and acknowledge it, we will remain in ignorance to the Power and Might of Allah ﷻ, and we will never be able to obey him properly.
As one of the Salaf would say _"If the people knew about Allah, they would never disobey him"._
سبحان الله
Ya Ibn Adam! Remember the Hadith.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Allah ﷻ said, _‘Pride is My cloak and greatness is My robe, and he who competes with Me in respect of either of them, I shall cast into the Hell Fire.’”_
[Sunan Abu Dawud, Classed as Sahih by Shaykh al-Albaani]
May Allah ﷻ guide us all and forgive us all and make us among the humble and righteous ones who He ﷻ is pleased with.
