Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 172:


يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُلُوا مِن طَيِّبَاتِ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لِلَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ

O you who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that We have provided you with, and be grateful to Allah, if it is indeed He Whom you worship.

May Allah give us the ability to pick up the Qur'an as much and even  more than we pick up our phones.

 ((واعلم أن الراحة لاتنال بالراحة، ومعالي الأمور لا تنال بالفتور، ومن زرع حصد، ومن جد وجد))

"And know that rest is not earned by resting; and the great achievements are not earned by inactiveness. Whosoever plants will surely reap and whosoever strives will surely get" That is because DETERMINATION and high spirits are of the ingredients of seeking knowledge.
