*_REALITIES OF THE GRAVE_*. Let's fear ALLAH and repent from our sins. *BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem*
Its important to remind each other that, if we don't mine going to Jannat or Paradise as such decide not to be bothered to obey ALLAH fully, we MUST then fear HIS PUNISHMENT from the time of death till Judgement day through our grave. The fear of ALLAH'S punishment alone must be enough reason to fully obey HIM. To openly disobey ALLAH by sinning such as fornication, stealing, gambling, riba based transactions etc, it means you don't want HIS Jannat and don't fear HIS punishment astaqfirulLah.
Let's remember that, when son of Aadam dies and his soul departs and he is placed in his grave, then he is in the first stage of the hereafter, because the grave is the first of the stages of the hereafter. Even if you die through drowning or got burnt to ashes you will still face the punishment of the grave till judgement day may ALLAH protect us from such unfortunate ending. Aameen.
The messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam said so and was narrated by Imam Tirmidhi 2308, ibn Maajah 4567 and authenticated by our Sheikh Albani in his saheeh Al-Jaami'1684.
*_May Allaah have mercy on the souls of all departed Muslims and keep guiding us till Jannat becomes our final abode_*. Aameen.
