*Let's Change Our Mindsets About Marriage*

*Episode 55*

*ASKED MY WIFE, "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU LOVE ABOUT ME?"*

She said I love the  beard on your face, the khol in your eyes and the perfume of your body.

I love when you wear white jubba above ankles and walk lowering your gaze with humility - because you remind me the sunnah and teachings of my Nabi ﷺ.

I love when you remind me to recite Surah Mulk and Sajdah before going to bed. I love when you make wudhu, read Du'ās and sleep on your right side.

I love when you stand before me in Tahajjud and we pray together. I love when you and I recite Qur'an and share hadiths.

I love when you place a feathery kiss on my forehead before going to masjid; when you excite me, intrigue me, fascinate me and love me when I don't even deserve it.

I love when you stop me from sharing our photos online to restrain me from spreading fitnah among mankind and to protect our happiness from the evil eye.

I love when you are jealous of other guys looking at me. I love when you draw niqab on my face and say - "You're only mine".
.
I love when you ask me how was my day; when you care about my physical, mental and emotional health. I love when you give importance to my feelings.
.
I love when you see me exhausted with days work - you don't demand me to do something for  nor for my body but you comfort me and ask me to take rest.
.
I love when you silently eat my salty and spicy curries without complaining. I love when you forgive me and praise my bad cooking just not to make me feel upset.

I love when you give a smile from your heart and saying bismillah - you enter home with the right leg. I love when you give "Salam" and whisper to my ears - 'I Missed You, Wifey’
.
I love you, it would take a lifetime and more to describe to you how much I love you because you're Masha Allāh wonderful from inside and out.

Your manner, your kindness - generosity, your patience, your respect, your mindset, your concern for this life and the hereafter is what I love.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w...
