*_THE POWER OF DUA AS WEAPON FOR BELIEVERS_*. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
It’s amazing to see how great Dua really is. In a Hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “In the court of ALLAH, there is no greater thing than Dua” (Ibn Majah).
There are many benefits of making Dua including:
1. The loss of arrogance - For someone that makes constant Dua, arrogance is something that is not among their characteristics because when one beseeches ALLAH, he is affirming his own powerlessness.
2. The doors of mercy are opened, Abdullah bin Umar narrated that the Prophet said, “For whoever the door of Dua opened, for him the doors of mercy are opened.” (Tirmidhi).
There are lots of dua to study and use regular such as; "Laailaaha illaa Anta, Astaqhfiruka Wa atuubu ilaik" Meaning There is none worthy of worship except You ALLAH, I seek your forgiveness and I repent to you. Another powerful one is "Allahummah Innaka Afuwwun Tuhibbul Afwa Fa'afu Annee. Meaning. Oh ALLAH, You are the only One who Pardons Greatly and loves to pardon, so please forgive me or pardon me. Or simply astaqfirulLah regularly.
*_We ask ALLAH to have mercy on our shortcomings, forgive our known and unknown sins, grant us good health and the good in dunya and Aakhira and protect us from any illnesses including the current Coronavirus_*. Aameen.
