*REMINDER FOR THE THREE WHITE DAYS SUNNĀH FASTING OF JUMADA AL-ŪLA, 1442AH.*


Don't Miss This Great Opportunity Of Fasting The Three White Days Of This Month Of Jumada al-Ūlā, 1442AH.


✔️Ibn 'Abbās (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: "The Messenger of Allāh (Blessings and Peace of Allāh be upon him) did not fail to fast the White Days (Al-Ayyam Al-Beed) either when at home or on a journey." (An-Nisā'i)


 ✔️The Prophet (Blessings and Peace of of Allāh be upon him) said: “Fasting three days of each month is fasting for a lifetime, and the three white days are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.” (An Nasaa’i )


✔️It was narrated that Abu Huraira (may Allāh be pleased with him) said: "My close friend (the Prophet [Blessings and Peace of Allāh be upon him]) advised me to do three things and I shall not leave them till I die, these are: To fast three days every month, to offer the Duha prayer, and to offer Witr before sleeping. (Bukhari and Muslim)


✔️The Prophet said, "It is sufficient for you to fast Three days in a month, as the reward of a good deed is multiplied ten times, so it will be like Fasting throughout the year." (Bukhari and Muslim)



 In-sha-Allāh! In this month of Jumada al-Ūlā, 1442AH, the three white days will fall on:


 1. 13th Jumada al-Ūlā, 1442AH.

(i.e  Monday, 28th December, 2020.)


 2. 14th Jumada al-Ūlā, 1442AH.

(i.e. Tuesday, 29th December, 2020.) and


 3. 15th Jumada al-Ūlā, 1442AH.

(i.e. Wednesday, 30th December, 2020.)



 Sighting of the moon may vary in some countries. Please confirm the above date with the Imām of your local Masjid or check the Islamic Calendar.



Try and fast, if you cannot, then please share to others so that they can be reminded and act upon it. Start with your family members.



✔️The Prophet (Blessings and Peace of Allāh be upon him) said, "He who loves my Sunnah has loved me, and he who loves me will be with me in Paradise." (at-Tirmidhi)


✔️ Fasting is only 1% of not eating and drinking, the rest of the 99% is bringing your heart and soul close to Allāh (Sub-haanahu wata'aala).


✔️Allāh (Sub-haanahu says: "Every good deed of the son of Ādam is for him except FASTING, for it is for me and I will reward it." (Bukhari and Muslim)

➖It gives the digestive system a rest.

➖It can help beat addiction.

➖It is a great way to start a healthy diet.

➖It nomalizes insulin sensitivity.

➖It can reduce your hunger levels.

➖ It promotes the detoxification process.

➖It whitens the eyes and clears the complexion.

➖It can reduce high blood pressure.

➖It can boost the immune system.


 


"And keep reminding, because reminding benefits the believers." (Qur'an 51:55)

Alhamdulillah, Allah says, Al-Jumu'ah 62:9 يَآأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوۡمِ ٱلۡجُمُعَةِ فَٱسۡعَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُواْ ٱلۡبَيۡعَۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ خَيۡرࣱ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade.
