*_REGULAR FASTING IS A SHIELD FOR OUR EEMAAN_*. BismilLah. 


With the many temptations in our modern world, regularly fasting is the best means to protect us from any satanic influences.


It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of ALLAAH (peace and blessings of ALLAAH be upon him) said: “Fasting does not just mean giving up food and drink, rather fasting means giving up idle speech and obscene conduct. Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6057. This week is one of the best week to fast as it contains the 3 White days within Monday and Thursday so it's important to fast from Monday yesterday to Thursday in shaa ALLAH. If you couldn't fast yesterday, you can start from today till Thursday in shaaALLAH. 


*_May ALLAH aid us in our efforts to be steadfast in our acts of worship and live a life of a true Muslim/Muslimah_*. Aameen.
