بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Last episode of this article discusses the regret of participating in any gathering where Allah was not remembered, so that together, we can maximize every opportunity (Time) given to us by Allah (swt) to gather plenty rewards from engaging in Dhikr and not to regret wasting our time on unrewarding events or activities.

Now,

The next matter that will bring about ‘Hasra’ (regret) on that long Day (judgement day) is:

*Matter Number 3:*

The regret of those who will be forced to hand over their good deeds to others and to carry sins that they did not commit.

My people!

On this matter (The regret of those who will be forced to hand over their good deeds to others and to carry sins that they did not commit), there is nothing i will say here that i have not discussed before now.. But bcos we are human and undeniably forgetful, there is need to be constantly reminded.

Yes!

The Arabic word that corresponds to “human being” is Insan. This word takes its root from the word Nisyan, which literally means “forgetfulness”. Man is undeniably a very forgetful creature!

Furthermore,

Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, “There is no believing servant but that he has a sin he habitually commits from time to time, or a sin abiding over him that he does not abandon until he departs the world. *Verily, the believer was created to be tested, repenting and forgetful. If he is reminded, he will remember.”*📚Source: al-Mu’jam al-Kabi‌r 11810

That is why,

Man is in dire need to be constantly reminded of his or her true reality & true life.. It is for this very reason that Islam stresses on the importance of constant reminders.

My people!

Imagine being stripped of your long day’s fasts, or your night prayer, or 20years of obligatory prayers or so as they are handed over to someone else. Worse still, imagine having transferred onto your scales acts of fornication, alcohol or interest, as you are forced to shoulder somebody's sins just bcos u backbite or cheat him or her and ur rewards to be used to settle him or her are exhausted

The Prophet (PBUH) said:

“Whoever has wronged anyone in any way, whether in relation to their honour or anything else, then let them seek forgiveness today before a day comes when there will be no Dinar and Dirham. On that Day, if he or she has good deeds, they will be subtracted from him or her and given to that person depending on the size of his or her wrongdoing, but if his or her good deeds are not sufficient, he or she will be made to carry their sins instead.” 📚[Bukhari on the authority of Abu Huraira]

This is, in fact, one of the most disturbing realities about the Day of Judgement where you find yourself unable to hand over a single good deed to your mother, father, child, spouse or friend, despite your intense love for them, for you will be just as desperate for every good deed as they are whilst, on the other hand, you will be forced to hand over your good deeds to people whom you had despised, people you had back stabbed, mocked, backbitten, slander, abused or oppressed in any way.

*Meaning of backbitting and few issues u may not know about backbitting:*

Actually, it's very wise to......

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
