 *A Message 4 You*

[[--- Part 11 ---]]
------------------

بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم

Listen carefully, my brother, my sister. Your good deeds are like a beautiful garden. Every prayer, every charity, every kind act is a strong, healthy tree in that garden.

But there is a fire that can burn your whole garden to ashes in seconds.

That fire is your tongue.

Yes!

When you speak about a Muslim in their absence—in a way they would hate—you dig a grave. Yes. You dig a grave for your own good deeds. You then, throw your beautiful deeds into that grave and burn them. It burns fast, like fire burns dry leaves.

It does not matter if what you said is true. If they would be hurt to hear it, it is backbiting (Gheebah). It is a grave sin.

If what you said is not true, it is even worse. It is slander (Buhtan). This is a major, major sin. It is like a cancer in our community today.

Think about this disease in our time:

You see a brother and sister somewhere. Your heart says, "They have done a bad thing." You then say it with your mouth. This is a false accusation. A major sin.

A sister is sick. You say, "She must be pregnant or have done abortion." This is slander.

A sister visits her family. You say, "Her husband sent her away." This is slander.

You see someone's simple life. You make fun of their clothes or things saying they have only few clothes. This is backbiting.

A sister or brother passed. You say "what is this person doing up till now without getting married?". You have backbitten.

In fact,

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) asked his companions,"Do you know what backbiting is?"
They said,"Allah and His Messenger know best." He said,"It is to mention about your brother something he would dislike."
A companion asked,"What if what I say is true?" The Prophet said, "If it is true, it is backbiting. If it is false, it is slander." 📚Source: S‌ah‌i‌h‌ Muslim 2589

The worse of it:

On the Day, of judgment, the one you talked about will take your good deeds. If you have no good deeds left, their sins will be given to you. You will be thrown into Hellfire because of the words you said so easily in this world. May Allah forbid!.

Furthermore,

Listening to this evil talk is also a sin. Yes. If you sit and listen to people backbite, you are joining them in the sin, because, The Prophet (pbuh) said: "The listener is one of the two backbiters." 📚 Authentic

In fact,

Allah (swt) commands us to walk away from dirty talk. Evidence: "And when they hear useless talk, they turn away from it." 📚[Quran 28:55]

So,

Guard your tongue like you guard your life. Before you speak about someone who is not there, ask yourself: "Would they be sad to hear this? Would I say it if they were in front of me?"

Do not let your tongue destroy the garden of good deeds you have worked so hard to grow. Do not come on the Day of Judgment bankrupt, with all your good deeds given to others because of your words.

If you hear anything unpleasant about someone, stop it. Do not spread it. Keep it with you. If you think an evil thought, fight it. Do not speak it.

The person you talk about is your brother or sister in faith. Their honor is sacred.

Guard your tongue. It will save you.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
