*A Message 4 You*
[[--- Part 15 ---]]------------------
بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم
Someone says something bad to you. That person may be your wife, your husband or any person. They call you a name. They mock your faith, your looks, or your life.
Your face gets hot. Your heart beats fast. You want to shout back. You want to prove you are equal to the task.
Stop. Close your mouth😷. Choose silence.
This is not losing. This is not weak. This is your secret superpower.
Why? Let me tell you a story.
One day, a man was shouting bad words at Abu Bakr, the best friend of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet was sitting right there, listening. He did not look angry. He even smiled. Abu Bakr stayed quiet. The man insulted him again. Abu Bakr stayed quiet again. But the third time, Abu Bakr’s heart could not take it. He opened his mouth and answered back. Right then, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) stood up and walked away. Abu Bakr ran after him, confused. "O Messenger of Allah!" he said. "He insulted me and you did nothing. When I finally spoke back, you got angry and left. Why?" The Prophet’s answer is mind-blowing. He said: "There was an angel with you. That angel was answering his insults for you. But when you spoke with your own tongue, the angel left." Then the Prophet gave Abu Bakr a golden rule: When someone hurts you, and you leave the problem for Allah to handle, Allah Himself will fight for you.” 📚(Musnad Ahmad)
Think about that.
When you are silent, you are not alone. An angel is speaking for you. Allah is on your side. When you shout back, you send that help away. You fight your own battle instead of letting Allah fight for you.
My People,
Insults are like garbage. Don’t keep them in your clean heart. Build a treatment plant inside you.
When bad words come, let your heart clean them. Ask yourself:
Can this make me more patient?
Can this make my faith stronger?
What people say is like a ball they throw at you. If you catch it, it becomes yours and it hurts them. If you let it fall to the ground, it stays with them.
So next time, remember the angel. Remember Who is really on your side.
Do not let another person's words control your heart. Your silence is a shield. It pleases Allah (swt). It is a proof of your true strength.
So choose the power. Choose the silence. And let Allah (swt) handle the rest.
