﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ،  حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَزْرَةُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ  الأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ثُمَامَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ  دَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَنَاوَلَنِي طِيبًا، قَالَ كَانَ أَنَسٌ ـ رضى الله عنه  ـ لاَ يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ‏.‏ قَالَ وَزَعَمَ أَنَسٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى  الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لاَ يَرُدُّ الطِّيبَ‏.‏  Narrated 'Azra bin Thabit Al-Ansari:                         When I went to Thumama bin `Abdullah, he gave me some perfume and said that Anas would not  reject the gifts of perfume. *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 65:* وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَخُوضُ وَنَلْعَبُ قُلْ أَبِاللَّهِ وَآيَاتِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِئُونَ If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (Blessings and Peace of ALLĀH be upon him) that you were mocking?" *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 66:* لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ إِن نَّعْفُ عَن طَائِفَةٍ مِّنكُمْ نُعَذِّبْ طَائِفَةً بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed.  ﷽ *DON'T BE SAD* Episode 47 *DO NOT BE SAD: SEEK FORGIVENESS FROM ALLĀH OFTEN, FOR YOUR LORD IS OFT-FORGIVING* Surah Nooh, Verses 10-12: فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا "I said (to them): 'Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; يُرْسِلِ السَّمَاءَ عَلَيْكُم مِّدْرَارًا 'He will send rain to you in abundance; وَيُمْدِدْكُم بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ أَنْهَارًا 'And give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers." So seek forgiveness from ALLĀH more often and you will reap the benefits of doing so: peace of mind, lawful provisions, righteous offspring, and plentiful rain. ﷽ *First Hadīth Of The Day* حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ  مُقَاتِلٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ  خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ  عَطِيَّةَ، قَالَتْ دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى عَائِشَةَ ـ  رضى الله عنها ـ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ عِنْدَكُمْ شَىْءٌ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالَتْ لاَ،  إِلاَّ شَىْءٌ بَعَثَتْ بِهِ أُمُّ عَطِيَّةَ مِنَ الشَّاةِ الَّتِي بُعِثَ  إِلَيْهَا مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّهَا قَدْ بَلَغَتْ  مَحِلَّهَا ‏"‏‏.‏  Narrated Um 'Atiyya:                         Once the Prophet (ﷺ) went to `Aisha and asked her whether she had something (to eat). She said that she  had nothing except the mutton which Um 'Atiyya had sent to (Buraira) in charity.  *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 63:* أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّهُ مَن يُحَادِدِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَأَنَّ لَهُ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا فِيهَا ذَٰلِكَ الْخِزْيُ الْعَظِيمُ Know they not that whoever opposes and shows hostility to Allah and His Messenger (Blessings and Peace of ALLĀH be upon him), certainly for him will be the Fire of Hell to abide therein. That is extreme disgrace.  *Surah At-Taubah, Verse 64:* يَحْذَرُ الْمُنَافِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُورَةٌ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ قُلِ اسْتَهْزِئُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْرِجٌ مَّا تَحْذَرُونَ The hypocrites fear lest a Surah (chapter of the Qur-ān) should be revealed about them, showing them what is in their hearts. Say: "(Go ahead and) mock! But certainly Allah will bring to light all that you fear." #COMMENTARY The dissection of the motives of the Hypocrites alarmed them.
