 FAJR REMINDER: PROTECTION AGAINST DAJJĀL (II) By: Umm ‘Affān Jumādā al-Ākhirah 20, 1447 (12-December-2025) It is crucial to always remember the need to seek Allāh’s Protection from the trials posed by Dajjāl. Abū Dardā’ (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever memorizes ten verses from the beginning of Sūrah Al‐Kahf will be protected from the Dajjāl” – referring to his Fitnah. In another narration, it is stated: “…From the last ten verses of Sūrah Al-Kahf.” [Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 809] Imām An‐Nawawī (Raḥimahullāh) elaborated on the above, stating: “The reason for this is because at the beginning of (this Sūrah), mention is made of wonders and signs, and whoever reflects on them will not be misled by the Fitnah of the Dajjāl.
