Assalamu alaikum warhamatullah wabarakatuhu..  


If your boss calls you for an urgent meeting..  Right now, will you be ready?? Why not we would, otherwise I will be fired. 


If a meeting is arranged for you with the director or CEO of your firm, will you be ready? SubhanaAllah, I have been longing to have that opportunity.. 


If u had the chance to fix a meeting with the governor, today or never..  Will you be ready??  Ya salaam..  I would be rich..  I have already arranged what to tell him..  


If an opportunity to meet your president one on one today shows up,  will you reschedule it??  Hahahaha I de mad??  Who will do that??  This is a life time opportunity..  I will let him know what stuff am made up of, perhaps he could fix me up somewhere great..  Oil money comes to mind huh..  


What if you had to meet your role model or that celebrity...  Ooooo.  Gosh... I can't wait..  Am dying to meet him/her..  


Pause a little..  


All these meetings are not guaranteed..  


But our meeting with Allah azza wa jaal is...  


Have we asked ourselves...  


Are we ready for our meeting with Allah??  


For verily that is the only certain meeting we have..  


How excited are you when you realize you are definitely going to meet your maker??  


This defines our ways and deeds..  


May Allah subhanahu wa taala forgive our shortcomings and make our best day the day we will meet Him azza wa jaal..  Aameen Aameen Aameen 


However, we must work and prepare for that day..  


May Allah azza wa jaal unite us all in jannatl firdaus.. Aameen Aameen Aameen Aameen

_*Du'a Vs Curse*_


Assalamu alaikum warhamatullah wabarakatuhu.... 


Without doubt it is a win-win with dua...  


No matter the circumstance, no matter the situation, no matter how much we have been wronged...  


If we made Dua things will get better..  


With us..  Our community and society at large..  


SubhanaAllah...  How beautiful our life would have been if we would have watered our lives with Dua..  


In my opinion the best way to get revenge is to make a positive dua to those who harm us and seek that Allah subhanahu wa taala protect us from their harm and plot, should such positive dua not have an impact on them...  


What does it profit us if they are already doomed for destruction...  


The nabiyy salallahu alaihi wa salaam was reported to have made this type of dua..  


_*"Ya Allah strengthen Islam with one among the two Umars (the one most beloved to You, ya Allah)"*_


And Umar Ibn Khattab radiAllahu anhu from this dua became a Muslim and the rest is history...  


If nabiyy salallahu alaihi wa salaam had cursed..  Which Allah subhanahu wa taala can surely answer from His beloved prophet..  What would have become of the situation??  


We should pray that Allah guide the disbelieving folks and save us and the entire ummah(believers) from those who are cursed... 


Cursing someone who just oppressed you or stole your property, their is no barrier between your Dua and Allah subhanahu wa taala..  


But.. 


What do you stand to gain??  


We shouldn't forget, when we curse people..  Like it or not, directly or indirectly..  So long they live..  They are part of our pain..  


Moisten your lips with dua for others..  Like, May Allah subhanahu wa taala forgive, bless, guide and ease your affairs etc among other good duas..  Just ensure you speak good words..  If it's good for them..  So, long they are part of your society, you will live peacefully and awesomely too.. 


Don't underestimate the power of dua..  


Know that some people are trials to us..  And our dua can be of great help for them and for us..  If things go well for them just like perfume even if you are not the one who applied it..  If your companion applies a good perfume..  You benefit from its fragrance..  Not just you, your environment too... 


May Allah subhanahu wa taala grant us better understanding and bless our families..  Aameen Aameen Aameen
