Today’s Beautiful Hadith is about the Opening of Prayer
It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri (RA) said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to start his prayer by saying:
سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ
Subhanaka Allahumma wa bi hamdika, wa tabarakas-muka, wa ta’ala jadduka, wa la ilaha ghairuka (Glory and praise be to You, O Allah, blessed be Your Name and exalted be Your majesty, none has the right to be worshipped but you).
(Sunan Ibn Majah 804, Book 5, Hadith 2)
The opening of each Salah is with the praising of Allah and establishing His sole divinity and right to be worshipped. Fulfil that right in every Salah, in every Dhikr, in all your fasts and acts of charity through sincere intention. Allah hears you and will never leave you. Just have faith in him, love his Messenger (SAW) and follow the Deen to make your life better and the lives of all around you.
