Tahajjud prayer is one of the best treatment therapy of various sicknesses or diseases. Yes. People who consistently establish Tahajud prayer will have the immune system so not susceptible to harm, demonic attacks or diseases.

Evidence:

Rasulullah (pbuh) said, *“Do night prayer because it is a tradition of pious people before you, a means of getting closer Allah, prevention of sin, erasing wrongdoings, and preventing all kinds of diseases from the body.”* 📚(Tirmidhi)

Although,

Sleep is an important part of living and is a way of recharging our batteries to prepare ourself to continue our daily activities, squandering the entire hours of the night sleeping without Tahajjud, suggests that the night have not been better utilized in a more productive way.

Above all,

Tahajud prayer offer us hope of making Du'a which meet acceptance.

“Every night Allah Tabaraka Wa Ta’ala descends (to the heavens of the world) when it is the third of the last night. He said: *“Whoever calls me, I will allow his appeal. Whoever asks me, I allow his request. And whoever asks forgiveness of Me, I forgive him.“* 📚(Bukhari and Muslim)

Muslim Faithful!

Anyone who turns a blind eye towards the Hereafter will ONE DAY be in excruciating regret😳. Yes. What greater regret in life could exist than a person who sees his Or her friends, family members or relatives on the Day of Judgement, and find no words for them except *‘Didn’t i tell you? Didn't i warn you? Didn't i share with you enough reminders to motivate you to do good deeds?'* - May Allah forbid!

Furthermore,

'The Prophet (pbuh) said: *“O `Abdullah, do not be like so and so! He used to pray at night and then he stopped doing that”*(📚Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

Therefore,

If u have not yet set ur phone alarm in a repeating mode, to wake u up for midnight nawafil (at least 2 rakaats) everyday till the end of ur life, pls do so immediately. Yes. Allah (swt) loves consistency in any act of worship. And waking up everyday for Tahajjud is not something difficult.. Let assume you wake up by 2AM, use 3minutes to perform ablution, 2minutes to get dressed, 5minutes to establish ONLY 2rakaat nawafil, 5minutes to make Du'a to Allah.. Total time spent = 15minutes. *Everything In 15minutes,* then, go back to catch up with sleep.
