Why don't you repent now!? Never lose hope in Allah's mercy.

*Why don't you repent now!?* *Never lose hope in Allah's mercy.*     *____________________*       ```Very Important``` *O slave of Allah, Allah has opened the gate of repentance for you, so why not enter it? It was reported that repentance has a gate whose width is like the distance between East and West [according to another report: its width is like the distance travelled in seventy years]. It will not be closed until the sun rises from the West. (Reported by al-Tabaraani in al-Kabeer; see Saheeh al-Jaami’, 2177).* *Listen to the call of Allah: “O My slaves, you err night and day, but I forgive all sins, so ask Me for forgiveness and I will forgive you.” (Reported by Muslim). So why not seek forgiveness?* *Allah stretches forth His hand at night to forgive those who have done wrong during the day, and He stretches forth His hand by day to forgive those who have done wrong during the night. Allah loves our apologies and pleas, so why not turn to Him?* *Ho...

What Every Person Needs To Know About Jahannam (hell) Episode 2 The Keepers of Hell

﷽ *What Every Person Needs To Know About Jahannam (hell)* *Episode 2* *The Keepers of Hell*  Standing over Hell are MIGHTY and STERN angels who never disobey Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala Who has created them. They do whatever He commands them, as Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala says: "O you who believe! Save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is men and stones, over which are [appointed] angels stern [and] severe, who flinch not [from executing] the Commands they receive from Allah, but  do [precisely what] they are commanded." (66:6) Their number is nineteen as Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) says: "Soon I will cast him into Hellfire. And what will explain to you what Hellfire is? Naught does it permit to endure, and naught does it leave alone! Darkening and changing the colour of man! Over it are nineteen [angels as guardians and keepers of Hell]" (74:26-30) This number was a challenge to the kuffaar who thought that they would easily overcome such...

Surah Al-Araf, Verse 111 and 112

﷽ *Surah Al-Araf, Verse 111:* قَالُوا أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَأَرْسِلْ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ حَاشِرِينَ They said: "Put him and his brother off (for a time), and send callers (men) to the cities to collect (and) - ﷽ *Surah Al-Araf, Verse 112:* يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَاحِرٍ عَلِيمٍ "That they bring up to you all well-versed sorcerers." #COMMENTARY The advice of the Council to Pharaoh shows a misreading of the situation. They were in a panic about what the magic of this evidently powerful sorcerer could do against them. So they advised the Pharaoh to summon their most powerful sorcerers from all over the country, and in the meantime to hold Moses and Aaron in suspense, - neither to yield to them nor definitely to oppose them. The Prophets of ALLĀH could well afford to wait. Time is always in favour of Truth.

BE POSITIVE ALL THE TIME AND AVOID ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT CONCERN YOU OR CAN BENEFIT YOU OR OTHERS

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 15th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Thursday 28th January 2021). *_BE POSITIVE ALL THE TIME AND AVOID ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT CONCERN YOU OR CAN BENEFIT YOU OR OTHERS_*. BismilLaahir. Not all thoughts about the world are evil. Thinking about something Allah blessed us with in the world is good. And we have a duty to take care of our worldly affairs, meet our work obligations, pay our bills, fulfill our trusts, and so on. We should think about these things in so far as they are necessary and beneficial. For example, we may need to think about how we are going to complete a work project. But perhaps at work someone said a mean word to us or did something to annoy us. If we constantly dwell upon that negative interaction, it will only cause harm to us and produce no benefit. It is an unnecessary worldly thought and should be dismissed. In fact, a step on the road to excellence in Islam is learning to think about only those things that should con...

AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE: THE PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND SHUKR

AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE: THE PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND SHUKR She opens her wardrobe. Two dozen dresses— red, yellow, orange, pink, and you-name-it— are hanging there. After a cursory glance, she bangs the door shut. “Mom, I have nothing to wear for the party,” she whines. “I’ve been begging you to take me shopping for ages— you never listen to me! What do I do now?” He’s rummaging in the fridge for the fourth time. Pizza, chocolate, ice-cream, fruits, and juices are stuffed inside. He closes the door despondently and leaves the kitchen, saying, “There’s nothing much to eat in here. Let’s go to the café and get some decent food.” She wakes up with the same feelings of depression and dread that she’s been experiencing every morning. Thoughts of suicide are again floating in her mind. She’s married to a handsome man and has two lovely kids, a home, and a car— everything most women would ask for. Apparently, life is perfect, but something is missing; she’s just not married to the man of her ...

THE MIRACLE OF THE QUR’AAN

THE MIRACLE OF THE QUR’AAN By Khalid Baig ‘... For only then we truly live. Otherwise we only pretend to live….’ It happened at an international inter-faith conference. The organizers decided to end the conference with readings from the scriptures of major religions, done by followers of other religions. As it happened, an Arab Christian read a passage from the Qur’aan. He was a good reciter. Every one seemed to be moved by his heart-rending reading, including the reciter himself. Immediately afterward, prominent Muslim thinker and writer, Maulana Waheeduddin Khan, who narrated this story, asked him: “Do you think Qur’aan is the Word of God?” In a moment of truth he said: “Yes.” But, then, he had second thoughts so he added: “But only for the Arabs.” Actually not only the Qur’aanic message keeps attracting people all over the world, its words also move people who may not know a word of Arabic language. Famous Egyptian reciter Qari Abdul Basit reportedly once accompanied then Presi...

My sins haunt me SHOULD I CONFESS?

*My sins haunt me*   *SHOULD I CONFESS?*     *____________________*       ```Very Important``` *You might say: “I committed many sins, and I have repented, but my sins pursue me and I am haunted by what I have done. My memories disturb my sleep and do not let me have any rest. How can I free myself?”* *My advice to you is that these feelings are evidence of your sincere repentance. This is essentially remorse, and remorse is repentance. But you can look at your past with hope: the hope that Allah will forgive you. Do not despair of the mercy of Allah, for He says (interpretation of the meaning): “And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?” [al-Hijr 15:56]* *Ibn Mas’ood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “The gravest of major sins are to associate partners with Allah, to feel secure against the plan of Allah and to despair of the mercy of Allah. (Reported by ‘Abd al-Razzaaq and classed as saheeh by al-Haythami and Ibn Kat...

What Every Person Needs To Know About Jahannam (hell)*

﷽ *What Every Person Needs To Know About Jahannam (hell)* *Episode 1* *Definition and Explanation* Hell is the abode which Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) has prepared for those who do not believe in Him (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala), those who rebel against His (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) laws and disbelieve in His Messengers. It is the punishment for His (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’ala) enemies, the prison for evildoers. It is the ultimate humiliation and loss; there is nothing worse: "Our Lord! Verily, whom You admit to the Fire, indeed, You have disgraced him, and never will the Dhaalimoon [polytheists and wrongdoers]  find any helpers" (3:192) "Know they not that whoever opposes and shows hostility to Allah and His Messenger, certainly for him will be the fire of Hell to abide therein? That is extreme disgrace". (9:63) "The losers are those who will lose themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Verily, that will be a manifest loss!" (39:15) How could Hell be ...

Surah Al-Araf, Verse 109 and 110

﷽ *Surah Al-Araf, Verse 109:* قَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَاحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ The chiefs of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "This is indeed a well-versed sorcerer; ﷽ *Surah Al-Araf, Verse 110:* يُرِيدُ أَن يُخْرِجَكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُمْ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ "He wants to get you out of your land, so what do you advise?" #COMMENTARY The two Signs had the desired effect on the Egyptians. They were impressed, but they judged them by their own standards. They thought to themselves, "These are ordinary sorcerers: let us search out best sorcerers and show them that they have superior power." But like all worldly people, they began to fear for their own power and possessions. It was far from Moses's intention to drive out the Egyptians from their own land. He merely wanted to end the Egyptian oppression. But the Egyptians had a guilty conscience, and they judged other people's motives by their own. They discussed the matter in Counc...

REFUTING LIES ABOUT ISLAM ON SLAVE GIRLS/CONCUBINES

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 14th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Wednesday 27th January 2021). *_REFUTING LIES ABOUT ISLAM ON SLAVE GIRLS/CONCUBINES_*. *BismilLah* It is true that a lot of people including some ignorant Muslims push this subject ‘under the rug’ and do not understand it or are sometimes ashamed of this concept. That is because, today’s society and behavior is absolutely different from the conditions prevalent over 1400 years ago at the time of Revelation of the Quran. There is no place on earth where this concept is practiced today openly, thus to really understand the concept in its entirety, we must try to imagine the times of the Revelation of the Glorious Quran. As a Muslim, it's compulsory to learn about Islam to at least explain to non Muslims about misconceptions but to speak against or dislike something about Islam without been bothered to learn shows our high level of ignorance.  Since time immemorial, slavery was an accepted practice; thus it...
