The things u are taking for granted, countless other people are praying for

*The things u are taking for granted, countless other people are praying for*.

Think about it... U have been blessed with Imaan- that means u have all the keys to success, happiness, peace & contentment already. There are billions out there who are lost ,their world feels dark & meaningless. Many are running around in circles of misery in pursuit of false success & happiness . Others are searching for that 'something' to fill that missing void inside their heart & to feel whole again.

But u & I? Alhamdulilah ! We have been blessed with Imaan already, with the recognition of the One Allah who fills our heart & makes us complete.

Take moments throughout ur day to thank اللَّهُ Subhana wa Ta'ala for all that u have.

Alhamdulilah,

Shukran ya Rabb .You have blessed me with so much.

You have showered me with countless favours, the most important being my Imaan & the privilege of being from the ummah of Your beloved Rasool sallallaahu alayhi wasallam.

Oh my most Generous Allah , You have provided the means for me to earn a halaal sustenance so that I could purchase for my family all the comforts I am enjoying.I have a comfortable home with a bed to sleep on whilst my brothers & sisters elsewhere have a thin mat or the cold floor as their beds. Every morning You awaken me to the chirping of the birds & a bright blue sky instead of falling bombs & a grey sky filled thickly with suffocating smoke. My fridge & cupboards are stocked with food & I don't have to stand in a queue of a thousand other hungry people waiting to be handed the only meal for the day.

I beg Your forgiveness for being ungrateful, my most Merciful, Compassionate Rabb.

I will strive hard to show gratitude to You:

with my limbs by using them in a way to please You,

with my mouth by using it to glorify You & to speak words of goodness & joy to all that cross my path

aиϑ with my heart by remembering You & drawing it close to You.

Allahumma a'inni alaa dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibaadatika

O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, aиϑ to worship You in an excellent manner."

Mu'adh (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu alayhi wasallam took hold of my hand & said:

"O Mu'adh! By Allah I love you, so I advise you to never forget to recite after every prayer:

Allahumma a'inni alaa dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni 'ibaadatika

(O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in an excellent manner)."

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...

The story of taqwa

The story of taqwa. Taqwa means fear of Allah. There once lived a young woman who was very beautiful lady and had all the qualities a man needed. She was well covered and oneday ,she was attacked with her families. This woman was taken away and brought to a man who was the bandits leader. As she was brought, the man wanted to sleep with her as she was so sad and in pain. As she undressed and coming to her, she said fear Allah and know death can come to you now. If you have a mother or sister like me, don't disgrace and destroy my honor for I won't forgive you  The leader immediately remembered he had a sister he loved a lot and so he quickly stopped and dressed and said to the lady, you can go. All the bandits were amazed of what their leader did. Three days later, the man whose sister was there and everyone in the sister knew her brother was wicked man. So every man was sacred. So a stranger walking by saw his sister and he felt in love with her. She went to her and said I wa...
