 *Haven't you Heard?*

[[---- Part Three ----]]
--------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

Haven't you heard?

That Imam Ahmad recorded from `Abdullah bin Ash-Shikhkhir that he said, "I came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) while he was saying,

أَلْهَـكُمُ التَّكَّاثُرُ

Translation:

"The mutual increase diverts you." 📚Q102:8

He was referring to the Hadith in which the Prophet said,

«لَوْ كَانَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادٍ مِنْ ذَهَب»

(If the Son of Adam had a valley of gold, he would desire another like it...)

In another hadith,

The Son of Adam says, "My wealth, my wealth." But do you get anything (of benefit) from your wealth except for that which you ate and you finished it, or that which you clothed yourself with and you wore it out, or that which you gave as charity and you have spent it)" 📚Muslim, At-Tirmidhi and An-Nasa'i also recorded this Hadith.

Furthermore,

Al-Bukhari recorded from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,

"Three things follow the deceased person, and two of them return while one remains behind with him. The things which follow him are his family, his wealth and his deeds. His family and his wealth return while his deeds remain.📚 This Hadith has also been recorded by Muslim, At-Tirmidhi and An-Nasa'i.

Now,

*Will the deceased be rewarded for the wealth he left behind for his heirs?*

Accumulating wealth through trade and other allowed means is permissible, and the Muslim will be rewarded for doing permissible things if he intends good thereby, because people’s actions are judged according to their intentions, as the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Deeds are but by intentions and each man will have but that which he intended.” Narrated by al-Bukhari (1) and Muslim (1907).

With regard to the wealth that they leave behind, people are of two types:

The first type is the one who accumulates wealth and hoards it out of stinginess and pride, and does not give charity while he is alive or help the needy or like any of his relatives to benefit from it after he dies, out of envy and ignorance.

There is fear for such a person, because he does not do what he supposed to do while still living and have no any good intention regarding the wealth he leaves behind, and he does not want to show kindness to his relatives.

We have seen cases where we bagged the inheritors to remove something small out of plenty to do good deeds (like sinking a borehole, repairing masjid, sponsoring ophan's education etc) that will benefit their parents, but Wallahi they refused.

Now,

The second one is the one who accumulates wealth......

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...

The story of taqwa

The story of taqwa. Taqwa means fear of Allah. There once lived a young woman who was very beautiful lady and had all the qualities a man needed. She was well covered and oneday ,she was attacked with her families. This woman was taken away and brought to a man who was the bandits leader. As she was brought, the man wanted to sleep with her as she was so sad and in pain. As she undressed and coming to her, she said fear Allah and know death can come to you now. If you have a mother or sister like me, don't disgrace and destroy my honor for I won't forgive you  The leader immediately remembered he had a sister he loved a lot and so he quickly stopped and dressed and said to the lady, you can go.
