Ali ibn Al-Husayn*

 *Ali ibn Al-Husayn*

--------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

If you can, every month, walk to any popular pharmacy or medicine store in your town, jack-out a minimum of say 2k from your monthly take-home pay (I mean your salary), position yourself there for like few minutes to see fellow Muslims you don't know, who may come with drugs prescription paper BUT can not afford to pay for all the drugs, then, use the 2k to pay for their medical bills and walk away.

If you do this or similar hidden acts, Wallahi right from this world, you will see.

*Many Muslims are suffering:*

Anybody who have something little or big in his or her pocket or Bank account in our society today should realise their responsibilities and should hasten to discharge the obligations they owe to poorer people.

On the above,

Almighty Allah will punish those on the Judgment Day who spend their wealth only on their families without giving the due right to the poor and needy people. 📚 Evidence in the Holy Quran: *“And those who hoard up gold, silver, dollar or Naira and do not spend in the Path of Allah then warn them of the painful torment.”* 📚(Quran, 9:34)

This reminds me,

Muhammad ibn Ishaq said that there were many households in Madinah who did not know where their sustenance came from. When Ali ibn Al-Husayn died, they missed what used to be given to them at night. Abu Hamza Ath-Thumali said that Ali bin Al-Husayn used to carry a bag of bread on his back at night and distribute it as charity. He used to say, Secret charity extinguishes the Lord’s anger. Amr bin Thabit said that when Ali bin Al-Husayn died and they washed him, they noticed black marks on his back. They then realized that he used to carry bags of food on his back at night and deliver them to the poor households of Medina.

My people!

Even if you spend all your monthly earnings and refused giving out something reasonable FISSABILILLAH, your financial problems will never come to end in life.

Besides,

Abu Hurayrah (r.a.) reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said: *''Every morning, two angels descend. One of them says: 'O Allah, give the one who spends (in the way of Allah) compensation.' The other one says: 'O Allah, give the one who withholds (from spending in the way of Allah) more financial problems and worries of life.'"* 📚Sahih/Authentic. - [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Unfortunately,

There are countless Muslims today who will rather choose to be short on the head to death, than giving out something from their money as sadaqah. This is a clear sign of a heart covered with a disease. May Allah (swt) continue to bless us with a softer heart HE do give to HIS sincere believers

To end this reminder,

It's good to remember that, in the world of mathematics, 5-2=3 and one cannot increase what he or she have by giving it away😃. Yes. That’s mathematics. But, in the spiritual world, things work differently. Yes. In the spiritual world, the more you give of what you value, the more your hearafter's savings account swells up.

Therefore,

I remind myself and you to prepare to be dropping something (reasonable) EVERYDAY inside Fissabilillah box in any masjid where we pray REGULARLY especially today (Friday) - for the running of the activities of the masjid & for the propagation of the religion of Allah in general. Yes. The rewards of SADAQAH in this hard time is bigger than huge & unquantifiable *(according to authentic hadith)*. Yes. The ONLY person who is EXCLUDED from giving is the person who have nothing at all to give.

We believe this worldly life is a test, hence the reason for so many trials and temptations. And this test include subjecting Muslims to poverty to see those who will hide under the canopy of hash economy and COMPLETELY abandon act of charity.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
