*What I Have Learnt* [Episode 1 - of - 60] ------------------------------ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحـمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آلـه وصحبه ومن والاه There is something we all know we should do, but in real life many of us don’t, because our hearts are ill. Yes. It is one of the purest forms of acts of ibadah - *Love for Others What You Love for Yourself*  The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:  لا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ “None of you will *have faith* until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” وفي رواية أخرى قال حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِجَارِهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ In another narration, the Prophet said, “Until he loves for his neighbor what he loves for himself.” 📚Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 13, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 45 Oh My People! INVITATION FROM ALLAH TO HIS ULTIMATE REWARD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum al-ithnayn, 14th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Monday, 13th of June, 2022). *_INVITATION FROM ALLAH TO HIS ULTIMATE REWARD_*. BismilLah.  ALLAH the Most High says: “ And ALLAH invites you to the Home of Peace and guides whoever HE wills to the Straight Path.” (Quran, 10:25) ALLAH invites you to the Home of Peace, Daar al-Salaam. Do you know what Daar al-Salaam is? It is Paradise where there is ultimate peace. ALLAH invites you to enter it subhanaAllah. Imagine how privileged you are that ALLAH HIMSELF invites you to HIS Paradise. But sadly many says no to this Divine invitation through deeds, abandoning Salah, rejecting the only way to Paradise Islam.  *_May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences_*. Aameen.

ALLAH’S MERCY IS BIGGER THAN OUR SINS, JUST REPENT AND BE REST ASSURED.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaumul Ahad, 13th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Sunday, 12th of June, 2022). *_ALLAH’S MERCY IS BIGGER THAN OUR SINS, JUST REPENT AND BE REST ASSURED_*. BismilLah.  ALLAH the Most High says: “ Whoever commits evil or wrongs themselves then seeks Allah’s forgiveness will certainly find Allah All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Quran 4:110) ALLAH gives us hope and shows us how Merciful HE is. Whatever you have committed of sins there is hope for you. On the condition that you do exactly what ALLAH stated in the verse. ALLAH is ready to forgive us for all of our sins, but the big question is: Are we ready to repent sincerely to ALLAH TODAY? Verily, ALLAH has given us a promise through this verse that we will always find HIM to be the All-Forgiving, The Most Merciful when we return to HIM. *_May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protect us from any form of sins_*. Aameen.

The tawaaf and how to make tawaaf.

The tawaaf and how to make tawaaf. ALHAMDULILLAH, tawaaf is into different types. We have tawaaf ifaadah and tawaaf qudoom. When a person takes ihram and enters Makkah he first make welcome tawaaf and after making seven circumbulation. It is sunnah to jog for the three tawaaf and walk for the rest. This is sunnah of rasulullah s.a.w when during the treaty of hudaibiyah, The Muslims were given chance to make tawaaf and so the pagans said they are hungry and faminished so when rasulullah s.a.w knew what they said, he started jogging and speeding to show they are not as they think. As reported in hadith, The Prophet (ﷺ) with his companions started from Medina after combing and oiling his hair and putting on two sheets of lhram (upper body cover and waist cover). He did not forbid anyone to wear any kind of sheets except the ones colored with saffron because they may leave the scent on the skin. And so in the early morning, the Prophet (ﷺ) mounted his Mount while in Dhul-Hulaifa and s...

Hadiths About the Recommendation to Fast theFirst 10 Days of Dhul-Hijjah

There are hadiths, of which I do not know the soundness, which speak of the virtue of these days and encourage doing a lot of deeds of obedience during them, including fasting.* *These hadiths are as follows:* *1-It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There are no days in this world in which worship is more beloved to Allah than the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. Fasting on one of these days is equ...

*السَّـــــــلاَمُ عَلَيــْــكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكـَـاتُه* *بِسْــــــــــــــــــــــمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيْم*         *DHUL- HIJJAH* *Why Do We Fast the First Nine Days of Dhul-Hijjah?*   *Question* *Why do we fast the first nine days of Dhul-Hijjah? Are there any events that are commemorated on each of these days? For example: The first day is the day on which Allah forgave Prophet Adam (peace be upon him) for the sin of eating from the tree. The second day is the day on which the Lord of the Worlds answered the prayer of Prophet Yunus (peace be upon him) when he was in the belly of the fish. The third day is the day on which the Lord of the Worlds answered the prayer of Prophet Zakariyya (peace be upon him) and blessed him with the son he was wishing for.*   *Summary of answer* *1-There is no proof for any particular event having occurred during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. Rather these are hadiths that are falsely attributed ...

STAY AWAY FROM BAD FRIENDS

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaumul Jumuat, 11th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Friday, 10th of June, 2022). *_STAY AWAY FROM BAD FRIENDS_*. BismilLah. Many of our brothers and sisters start practicing the deen and decide wholeheartedly to progress on the straight path. Yet, shortly after, they find themselves retracting instead of progressing. In many cases, this goes back to either being alone and not having righteous companions, or having the wrong companions. Both cases are very dangerous on one’s spiritual development. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) had Sahaaba (companions). He actually didn’t need them and if ALLAH willed, HE could have supported him with countless number of Angels to aid him in whatever he needed as ALLAH did in the battle of Badr. But ALLAH made the sahaaba (companions) of the Prophet a significant part of this deen and this path. It is as though ALLAH Almighty is teaching us that this path NEEDS righteous companions. As a matter of fact, ALLAH or...

SEEKING KNOWLEDGE IN ISLAAM continues

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum Al-Khamis, 10th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Thursday, 9th of June, 2022). *_SEEKING KNOWLEDGE IN ISLAAM continues_*. BismilLah.  Optional Knowledge (fardh kifayah) This is not a duty required of every individual, but rather it falls upon the community as a whole. Hence, if a group of individuals in the community undertake to acquire this kind of knowledge, all other individuals will be exempted from this duty, and the whole community will be free from responsibility or negligence to acquire this kind of knowledge. Examples of such knowledge include studying Islamic law and other basic sciences, industries and professions which are vital for the welfare of the society. Unlike obligatory knowledge, optional knowledge covers part of Islamic knowledge and all worldly knowledge. The former is called al-‘Ilm al-Shar’i al Kifa’i (optional Islamic knowledge), while the latter is called al-Ilm al-dunyawi (worldly knowledge). Religious sciences: These cover...

SEEKING KNOWLEDGE IN ISLAAM.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum Arba'a, 9th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Wednesday, 8th of June, 2022). *_SEEKING KNOWLEDGE IN ISLAAM_*. BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: “Seeking Knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim. Though this Hadith is known and memorised by most Muslims, the essence, the amount, and the kind of knowledge referred to in this Hadith remains misunderstood by many. If it is true that the knowledge incumbent upon every Muslim pertains to religious knowledge, or al-‘Ilm al-Shar’i, how deeply does one have to pursue his quest of this knowledge to fulfil his duties and discharge the learning obligations placed upon him? In other words, what are the minimum teachings that every Muslim – male or female – is required to know about his or deen Deen? Muslim scholars classify knowledge into two categories: Obligatory Knowledge (fardh ‘ayn) This refers to knowledge of the fundamentals of Islamic beliefs which every Muslim must...

BEDROOM SECRETS MUST BE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS.  Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 8th day of Dhul-QA^DAH. (Tuesday, 7th of June, 2022). *_BEDROOM SECRETS MUST BE PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL_*. BISMILLAH.  It is forbidden for either the husband or the wife to spread any of the secrets of their bedroom to anyone outside. The following two hadîth are about this: First:   "Verily among the worst people before ALLÂH on the Day of Judgement is a man who approaches his wife sexually and she responds and then he spreads her secrets." [Muslim, Ibn Abi Shaiba, Ahmad and others]. Second: "On the authority of Asmâ bint Yazid who narrated "that she was once in the presence of the Prophet and there were both men and women sitting. The Prophet then said:   "Perhaps a man might discuss what he does with his wife, or perhaps a woman might inform someone what she did with her husband?" The people were silent. Then I said: "O, Yes! O Messenger of Allâh verily both the women and men do that." Then t...

The Supplication That A Man Should Recite When He Looks At People Affected By Calamity

*The Supplication That A Man Should Recite When He Looks At People Affected By Calamity* [عن أبي هريرة:] مَن رَأى مُبْتَلًى فقال الحمدُ للهِ الذي عافاني مِمّا ابتلاك به وفَضَّلَنِي على كثيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقَ تفضيلًا لم يُصِبْهُ ذلك البلاءُ Abu Hurairah narrated that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: *“Whoever sees an afflicted person then says: ‘All praise is due to Allah who saved me from that which He has afflicted you with, and blessed me greatly over many of those whom He has created, (Al-ḥamdulillāhi alladhī `āfānī mimmabtalāka bihī wa faḍḍalanī `alā kathīrin mimman khalaqa tafḍīla)’ he shall not be struck by that affliction.”* الترمذي (٢٧٩ هـ)، سنن الترمذي ٣٤٣٢ • غريب من هذا الوجه • أخرجه الترمذي (٣٤٣٢) واللفظ له، والبزار (٦٢١٧)، والطبراني في «الدعاء» (٧٩٩) • [عبدالله بن عمر] من رأى مبتلًى فقال: “؛ الحمدُ للهِ الذي عافاني مما ابتلاكَ به، وفضَّلني على كثيرٍ ممن خلق تفضيلًا “؛، لم يُصِبْهُ ذلك البلاءُ It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: *“Whoever...

On cursing or abusing the sahaba.

On cursing or abusing the sahaba. ~~~ I actually came across this incident in the Seerah where Khalid Bin Waleed the Saifullah engaged Abdurrahman Bin Auf in a verbal argument which resulted in Khalid cursing ibn Auf. Upon seeing the tensions getting higher the Prophet stood up and made this powerful statement : “Do not insult my companions. If one of you were to spend the likes of mount Uhud in gold, it would not reach a small portion of theirs or even half of that.” Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3470. That was a strong warning to Khalid and any one after Him that the companions of the Prophet were on a different level, not that Khalid wasn't a companion. However, Khalid was a later convert just a few months before the conquest of Makka. And yet the Prophet rebuked him for that.  Sadly now we see people who are the worst of the worst cursing and abusing the sahaba. How do you reconcile with that when you are going strictly against the instruction of the Man (SAW) you claim you love...
