*DU'Ā : THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON OF THE BELIEVER (116)*
Allāhumma innaka lasta bi’ilāhinis-tahdathnāh(u), wa lā birabbin yabīdu dhikruhub-tada’nāh(u), wa lā ‘alayka shurakā’u yaqdūna ma’ak(a), wa lā kāna lanā qablaka min ilāhin nalja’u ilayhi wa ndharuk(a), wa lā a’ānaka ‘alā khalqinā ahadun fa nushrikuhū fīk(a), tabārakta wa ta’ālayt.
O Allah, You are not a god who might have been devised by us, nor are You a perishable lord invented by us. Nor do You have any partners that share in Your Authority. Nor is it that we had a different god before You whom we would be petitioning rather than You. And it is not that anyone helped You in our creation so we would associate him with You. You are, indeed, Blissful and Supreme.
*Thought For The Day*
*Awakening From The Sleep of Heedlessness*
Ibn al-Jawzī Says to the youth
O youth! You are like a person traveling in the desert while possessing priceless jewels that he intends to sell in the land of reward, so beware of falling into the trap of your treacherous desire so you do not end up selling what you have for less than of what it is worth. Otherwise, when you reach your destination and see those who made great profits, you will cry for your loss and say, ‘Oh how great is my regret over what I neglected in regard to ALLAAH (SUBHANAHU WA TA'ALA. However, regret shall never restore what has been missed.
