Two MAJOR sins we belittle

*Two MAJOR sins we belittle*

_Allaah gives us some very important instructions in Surah al-Hujuraat._

He says:

*“O you who believe! Stay away from much suspicions, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not..”*

(Surah al-Hujraat: 12)

_I’m sure all of us have read this Aayah many, many times in our lives._

_But have we really ‘read’ it with the ‘eyes’ of the heart?_

_Have we really understood the Order, the Command that the Lord of the Heavens and the Earth is giving us?_

*Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala is addressing ME and YOU.*

*He’s saying “O you who believe”*

So pay attention!

Next He says:

*“STAY AWAY from suspicions...!*

*And SPY NOT!”*

_Our MASTER is ORDERING us not to be suspicious or spy on one another._

● Yet, somehow we feel that this Aayah does not apply to us.

● We read the Aayah and pass it by as if nothing.

● All we need to do is look at our lives and see how true this is!

*We all KNOW it’s wrong.*

*Yet, how many wives are suspicious of their husbands for no reason and SPY on them...*

*And how many of us ‘conveniently’ eavesdrop on a conversation...*

*Or ‘casually’ look into other people’s phones, read their text messages, letters and emails...*

*We pry into private matters.*

*We keep an eye on the comings and goings of our neighbors, not out of love and care, but out of plain old nosiness.*

*We peep and grope after the secrets of the people...*

*We search for their defects and weaknesses...*

ALL of this is WRONG.

*It’s a MAJOR SIN and *forbidden in our Deen.*

_Whether this is done on the basis of suspicion, or with an evil intention to  harm someone, or for satisfying one's own curiosity, it is FORBIDDEN by the Sharee’ah in EVERY CASE._

_It does NOT BEFIT us, as BELIEVERS, that we should pry in the private affairs of other people, or try to peep at them from behind curtains to find out their defects and their weaknesses, EVEN IF it’s our own wife or husband or family._

*Such behavior is grave immorality.*

The Prophet sal Allaahu Alayhi wa sallam said:

*"O people, who have professed belief verbally, but faith has not yet entered your hearts: Do not pry into the affairs of the Muslims.*

*For he, who will pry into the affairs of the Muslims, Allaah will pry into his affairs*

*and he whom AIlaah follows inquisitively, is DISGRACED by Him even in his own house.*

 " (Abu Dawood-saheeh by al-Albaani)

*How much clearer could the instructions be?!*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

Friday and it's dignity.

Friday and it's dignity. O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew. Friday is the best day of the week because it was the day Adam was created, the day he entered paradise and the day he was removed from paradise. it was also the day he died and the hour(qiyaamah) will not come except on this day. Sahih. It was narrated from Aws bin Aws that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever washes (ghassala) and performs ghusl, comes early to the masjid and sits near the imam and does not engage in idle talk, he will have for every step he takes (the reward of) a year's worth of good deeds, fasting it and...

The story of taqwa

The story of taqwa. Taqwa means fear of Allah. There once lived a young woman who was very beautiful lady and had all the qualities a man needed. She was well covered and oneday ,she was attacked with her families. This woman was taken away and brought to a man who was the bandits leader. As she was brought, the man wanted to sleep with her as she was so sad and in pain. As she undressed and coming to her, she said fear Allah and know death can come to you now. If you have a mother or sister like me, don't disgrace and destroy my honor for I won't forgive you  The leader immediately remembered he had a sister he loved a lot and so he quickly stopped and dressed and said to the lady, you can go. All the bandits were amazed of what their leader did. Three days later, the man whose sister was there and everyone in the sister knew her brother was wicked man. So every man was sacred.
