 *_DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER_* Yaum al-ithnayn | 24th day of Dhul-Qa'dah, 1447 AH | Monday, 11th May 2026. *_TAFSEER OF SUURAH AL-MUTAFFIFIN (Qur’an 83) continues_*. BismilLah.  Let's continue with our studies of suurah Al-Mutaffifin.  Verses 7–9. The Record of the Wicked كَلَّا إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٍ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سِجِّينٌ كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ 7. No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in Sijjīn. 8. And what can make you know what Sijjīn is? 9. It is a written record. Commentary Sijjīn is understood as: A prison-like place deep beneath the earth. Or a register containing the deeds of the wicked. Their evil deeds are permanently recorded with precision. Nothing escapes ALLAH’S knowledge. This teaches that sins are not forgotten, even when people hide them from society.  Days in DhulHijah [[-2nd Outing-]] ------------------ بسم الله الرحمان الرجيم A huge golden chance is almost here. The first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah start in just a few days, if Allah wills. This is one of the biggest opportunities of the whole year. Why are these days so special? Allah (swt) speaks about them in the Quran. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) told us they are the best days for good deeds. Think about Ramadan. Maybe you feel you didn’t do your best. Maybe you missed some chances. Don’t cry over that now. Allah (swt) is so merciful that He gives you these ten days to make up for any shortcomings. This is your second chance! Grab it with both hands. My People, Doing wrong in these days is much worse than doing the same wrong in other months. So guard your tongue. Guard your hands.  FAJR REMINDER: …IN HIS LEFT HAND By: Umm Affān Dhū al-Qa'dah 23, 1447 (11-May-2026) According to Allāh’s Decree, the one destined for Hell will receive his Record in his left hand from behind his back while his hand is bent backwards. Allāh says: “But whoever is given his record behind his back, He will invoke (for his) destruction, And he shall enter a blazing fire, and made to taste its burning.” [Sūrah Al-Inshiqāq (84): 10-12] In the worldly life, the disbeliever lived joyfully among his people, heedless of the consequences of his disbelief and evil deeds. He never feared the terrible future awaiting him nor reflected on what lay ahead. However, that temporary happiness will eventually turn into endless sorrow and regret. When he is handed his Record, overwhelming remorse will consume him.  🔺 *Offering Udhiyah/Qurbaani for the Prophet ﷺ on Eid al-Adh’haa?*🔺 ❓ *QUESTION*❓ *Is it allowed for me to offer a sacrifice on behalf of the Prophet ﷺ on Eid al-Adhaa*❓ 🌿 *ANSWER*🌿 🔺It is *NOT proven* from the Qur’aan and/or authentic Sunnah to offer a sacrifice especially for the PROPHET ﷺ.  That is something that’s NOT PROVEN from the actions or instructions of the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ NEVER taught us to do that although he ﷺ taught us EVERYTHING we need as far as doing good deeds is concerned.  Also the Sahaabah NEVER sacrificed a qurbaani on behalf of the Prophet ﷺ.  If it was good to do that, they would have definitely done that.  But they didn't.  So if they didn’t do it then we shouldn’t be doing it either.   🍃 The scholars said: “It is not prescribed to offer or give the udhiyah (qurbaani) on behalf of the Prophet ﷺ because that was not narrated from any of the Sahaabah, despite their perfect love for him and their perfect eage...

 FAJR REMINDER: ITS DEPTH AND VASTNESS By: Umm Affān Dhū al-Qa'dah 22, 1447 (10-May-2026) If you wonder how vast and deep Hell is, then know that it is unimaginably enormous and extremely deep. One clear indication of this is that it will contain all the disbelievers and sinful people from the beginning of creation until the end of time, yet it still will not be full. Anas (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anhu) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The people will be thrown into the (Hell) Fire and it will say: ‘Are there any more (to come)?’ (50.30) till Allāh puts His Foot over it and it will say, ‘Qati! Qati! (Enough Enough!)!’” [Ṣaḥiḥ al-Bukhārī 4848] From this Ḥadīth, we affirm that Allāh has a Foot in a manner that befits His Majesty.  FAJR REMINDER: THE NEED TO MARRY AGAIN By: Umm Affān Dhū al-Qa'dah 21, 1447 (9-May-2026) The period in which Sawdah Bint Zam’ah Ibn Qays (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) lost her husband was also the same time our mother Khadījah Bint Khuwaylid (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha) passed away. As a result, the Prophet (ﷺ) was left without a wife while also having children under his care. Among the noble female companions was Khawlah Bint Ḥakīm (Raḍiyallāhu ‘Anha), a righteous woman who noticed the hardship the Prophet (ﷺ) was experiencing due to the absence of a wife in his household. This reflects the kind of compassionate society the Prophet (ﷺ) nurtured—a community in which people genuinely cared for one another and paid attention to each other’s needs.
