Alhamdulillah, pre-wedding pictures are the pictures couples to be used to snap holding one another even before marriage.


This is Islamically haraam as far as the marriage did not take place, it is haraam for them to touch one another.


An hadith of Abu hurayrah r.a saying,

I heard the messenger of Allah صل الله عليه وسلم saying,

It is better for a man to touch a hot coal with fire than to touch a woman who is not related to him.

(Saheeh).


Even picture making is haraam in Islam


Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Those who make these pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them. 'Make alive what you have created.'"

Sahih al-Bukhari 5951.


Concerning a married woman or wife to dance infront of non mahram it is exposing of her beauty and it Is a sin.

A woman even if not married is obligatory to cover her beauty infront of men.

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 20th day of Swafar 1447AH, Thursday, 14th August 2025. *_PURIFICATION OF THE HEART_*. BismilLah.  A sister asked me yesterday how we can purify ourselves to achieve the immense benefits mentioned in our reminder yesterday.  The command to purify our hearts from sins was an essential Islamic teaching ever since the early stages of the revelation in Mecca. This is known as “purification of the soul” (tazkiyyat an-nafs).   ALLAH Azzawajal says: He has succeeded who purifies the soul, and he has failed who corrupts the soul. Surah Ash-Shams 91:9-10. Also, ALLAH Azzawajal says: A day when there will be no benefit in wealth or children, but only in he who comes to ALLAH Azzawajal with a pure heart.
