The prophet pbuh saw the angel jibril in his true form during Isra wa mi'raj but did not see Allah.

 The question asked did the messenger of Allah صل الله عليه وسلم saw Allah?

Alhamdulillah, the messenger of Allah pbuh did not see Allah as there are evidences from the Qur'an and hadiths.

Allah says,

Al-An'am 6:103

Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives [all] vision; and He is the Subtle, the Aware.

Allah said to Musa a.s,

Al-A'raf 7:143

And when Moses arrived at Our appointed time and his Lord spoke to him, he said, "My Lord, show me [Yourself] that I may look at You." [Allah] said, "You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should remain in place, then you will see Me." But when his Lord appeared to the mountain, He rendered it level, and Moses fell unconscious. And when he awoke, he said, "Exalted are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first [among my people] of the believers."

Also the hadith of Ayesha r.a saying,

Narrated Aisha:

Whoever claimed that (the Prophet) Muhammad saw his Lord, is committing a great fault, for he only saw Gabriel in his genuine shape in which he was created covering the whole horizon.

Sahih al-Bukhari 3234.

As Qur'an says,

An-Najm 53:13

And he certainly saw him in another descent
