Sharing the sacrificial animal is a form of worship.
Alhamdulillah, As we know, making sacrifice for the budn(animal) and sharing it to the beggar and needy is what is best.
Allah says,
Al-Hajj 22:36
And the camels and cattle We have appointed for you as among the symbols [i.e., rites] of Allāh; for you therein is good. So mention the name of Allāh upon them when lined up [for sacrifice]; and when they are [lifeless] on their sides, then eat from them and feed the needy [who does not seek aid] and the beggar. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may be grateful.
So one divides the meat into three, one for beggar, one for the needy and one for his families.
As reported in hadith,
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
Some Bedouins came to Al-Madinah at the time of (Eid) Al-Adha and the Messenger of Allah said: 'Eat, and store (the meat) for three days' After that they said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the people used to benefit form their sacrifices by melting down the fat, and (also) making water skins from them.' He said: 'Why are you asking?' He said: 'Because you forbade us form keeping the meat of the sacrificial animals.' He said: 'I only forbade that because of the Bedouins who came. (Now) eat it, store it and give it in charity," (Sahih )
Sunan an-Nasa'i 4431.
At the early stage of Islam, it was forbidden to sacrificial animal for more than three days but later the messenger of Allah salla Allahu alayhi wasalam permitted it.
Lets not forget the orphans and the poor and beggars and neglect them. Lets feed everyone and make everyone comfortable on that day.
May Allah ease for us and grants us beneficial rizq and grants our brothers and sisters all around the world suffering victory against their enemies. Aamiin
