MUHARRAM IS A SACRED MONTH

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm al-ithnayn. 2nd day of Muharram, 1446AH (Monday, 8th July 2024). *_MUHARRAM IS A SACRED MONTH_*. BismilLah. 


Our beloved Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam declared Muharram as one of the best days and nights to seek lots of rewards from ALLAH by doing good deeds especially fasting. Kicking off the first month of the Islamic calendar year strong will help us throughout the year. A solid start will give us the strength to continue during the year in an attempt to draw closer to ALLAH. Even though we are fighting off distractions, we can establish our intentions for the year with good actions. Beginning the Islamic New Year right isn’t about setting a “New Year’s resolution.”


Instead, it’s taking benefit from the Month of ALLAH. Our religion is action-based, so we must establish our intention through our actions. We may slip many times during the year, but IN SHAA ALLAH, this start will strengthen us to keep trying our best. Understanding the importance of Muharram helps us to make the most of it.


“The Messenger of ALLAH (saw) said: ‘The best fasting after the month of Ramadan is the month of ALLAH, Al-Muharram, and the best prayer is prayer at night.'” [Sunan an-Nasa’i 1613].

May ALLAH keep guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences_*. BismilLah.

Alhamdulillah, it is clear from Quran and hadiths that any christian who dies believing Jesus is God or son of God and do not believe in prophet Muhammad Peace be Upon Him will enter hellfire.  Friday and it's dignity. Alhamdulillah, Allah says, Al-Jumu'ah 62:9 يَآأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَوٰةِ مِن يَوۡمِ ٱلۡجُمُعَةِ فَٱسۡعَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ ذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَذَرُواْ ٱلۡبَيۡعَۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ خَيۡرࣱ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ O you who have believed, when [the adhān] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumuʿah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allāh and leave trade.
