Hold unto the deen.

 Hold unto the deen. 

Alhamdulillah, this religion of Islam is a honour 

Allah says, 

Today i have completed your religion and bestow my favour unto it and be pleased with it and have named Islam as your religion. 

Surah 5;3.

Islam is a honour Allah has granted us and teaches us how to live a happy and secure life in this world and the hereafter. 

When we accepts islam, it is not our will or wish but it is Allah who has willed and guided us to the deen 

Allah says, 

Al-Baqarah 2:272

Not upon you, [O Muḥammad], is [responsibility for] their guidance, but Allāh guides whom He wills. And whatever good you [believers] spend is for yourselves, and you do not spend except seeking the face [i.e., approval] of Allāh. And whatever you spend of good[1] - it will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.

Guidance is from Allah and whosoever Allah guides, none can lead him astray and whosoever is led astray cannot be guided. 

Allah says,

Al-Ma'idah 5:16

By which Allāh guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace[1] and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.

When Abu talib who loved the prophet salla Allahu alayhi wasalam yet he did not accept islam. 

When he died the prophet salla Allah alayhi wasalam said i will make dua for him until Allah accept it. 

He died without proclaiming the kalimatu shahadah and died upon the religion of his forefathers and upon idolatry. 

So Allah says, 

Al-Qasas 28:56

Indeed, [O Muḥammad], you do not guide whom you like, but Allāh guides whom He wills. And He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided.

May Allah s.w.t guides and protects our eeman. Aamin
