Enemy Within You

 *Enemy Within You*

------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“The World is three days: As for yesterday, it has vanished, along with all that was in it. As for tomorrow, you may never see it. As for today, it is yours, so work in it.” 📚 (Hassan al-Basri)

My people!

The greatest enemy within you is your *"Sins"* - (major & minor) because sins damages the power house of our body - which is our 💜 heart.

*Dangers of Sins Committed:*

Acts of disobedience weakens the heart and the body.. Its weakening the heart is something which is clear. Disobedience does not stop weakening it until the life of the heart ceases completely.

For instance,

If you have started any act of worship and along the line or after sometimes, you see yourself finding it difficult to continue, then, check yourself. Yes. It's possible that there's a sin you are commiting which is working to damage the most expensive flesh in your body.

Oh you who believe!

The progression that sinning takes in a person’s life is similar to that of a thief or a kidnapper.. Yes.. First, the thief may start with something small in school, in the neighborhood, or even at home. If they are not corrected or punished, they gradually get bolder and rob people, shops, banks, etc.

With sins, a person may feel remorseful the first time they commit it (eg - backbitting, gossiping, telling lies, zina etc).. They may repent but find themselves going back to the sin. And they will continue to go back to the sin till they no longer feel any remorse.

Then they move to that frame of mind where they justify their sin without seeing the need for repentance. Because the more you commit a sin, the less you feel bad doing it.

*Reflect on this:*👇🏻

"Wise is the one who continually assesses himself and performs good deeds for the life after death. Foolish is the one who follows his desires and entertains very high hopes from Allah". 📚 (Timidhi).

Muslim Faithful!

If you still find it difficult to sacrifice 10-15minutes (minimum) for establishing 2rakaats nawafil *every night* while others are sleeping, then, there's need to check yourself. Yes. There are some sins you may be committing that hinders you from joining the league of praiseworthy servants of Allah.

The Truth Is,

It is a great privilege & honor to be opportuned to be waking up every night for worshipping Allah (swt). Yes. This is an opportunity that is "Not Giving" to everyone.

Ibn Mas`ud (RA) was asked by someone: 👉🏻 *'‘I cannot pray at night".* .. He replied the man:- *‘'Your sins have prevented you.’'*

Therefore,

If u have not yet set ur phone alarm in a repeating mode, to wake u up for midnight nawafil *(Tahajjud)* everyday till the end of ur life, pls do so immediately. Yes. It's not difficult bcos people are doing it everyday without missing.. It's all about priority!

Let assume you wake up by 2AM, use 3minutes to perform ablution, 2minutes to get dressed, 5minutes to establish ONLY 2rakaat nawafil, 5minutes to make Du'a to Allah.. Total time spent = 15minutes. *Everything In 15minutes,* then, go back to catch up with sleep.

Allah (swt) Alone Knows Best

سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك نشهد ان لا اله الا انت نستغفرك ونتوابوااليك

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
