O Son Of Adam Your Happiness Lies In Kindness To Your Parents, Relatives And Indeed Humanity. To be worthy of service of Allah, we must love and serve His Creatures especially the parents who cherished us in childhood, they deserve our humble reverence and service and then the rights of kinsmen, those in want and wayfaring strangers. Endeavour to be gentle to those whom you cannot help, Allah will provide. Fulfil your trust for orphans and deal with all in strictest probity. Pry not into evil from curiosity and shun insolence, for Allah hates evil. Allah the Almighty says "And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him and to parents good treatment...."And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say "My Lord have mercy upon them as they brought me up." (Q17:23-24) "And give the relative his right and the poor and the traveler and do not spend wastefully."(Q17:26) Allahu Akbar! To on one was this command more necessary than it is to Muslims of the present day. May we be guided and  may Allah's rahama never cease  upon  us amin. Alhamdulillahi ala Niimatil Islam

BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH.
