Emotional Story and a beautiful Reminder

Emotional Story and a beautiful Reminder :

An 8 year old was seated at the corner of a mosque with his younger sister. He was deeply engrossed in prayers, Making dua'a to Allah( Subhanahu wa Ta’ala )

He was wearing  very old clothes with patches here & there, but they were very clean. His cheeks were wet with his tears. The passers by were looking at him, but nobody bothered to stop, even the little boy was busy talking to his Rabb.

A stranger went to him, caught his hand & asked him 'what did you ask from Allah?'

The little boy looked up & said, 'My dad is no more, I'm praying for Jannah for him.

My mother always keeps crying, I am asking Allah to give her patience.

My sister always cries for clothes, I want money for her.'

The stranger asked 'do you go to school?'

The boy replied, 'yes'

'In which grade do you study?'

The boy said, 'I don't go there to study, my mother makes boiled chickpeas & I go there to sell that. Many school kids buy from me. That is how we survive. '

Every single word of this little boy was touching my soul.

Don't you have any relatives? Asked the stranger.

'My mom says the poor have no relatives. My mom always speaks the truth. But sometimes when she serves us food & when we ask her to eat with us, she would say she had finished her meal. At that time I can see that she is not speaking the truth. '

'If someone takes care of your school fees, will you study?' Asked the stranger.

'Never' was the quick reply. 'Educated people hate the poor. None of the literates here have bothered to talk to us & tried to help us. All these people knew my dad, but they don't want to know us. '

The little one was now weeping. 'Uncle when A father dies, every single person whom you know becomes a stranger.'

I had no reply. My heart was weeping. It was a very bitter reality. Nobody realizes the effect big tragedies can have on innocent minds. It was a very huge loss for the little one.

There are so many such children who cannot get the basic needs.

Every day they kill their desires & try to survive in this bad, selfish world.

I request all of you to look around you & try to find such needy children & help them lead a decent life. Impact in their lives even if it is with a bag of pure water..

People donate to mosques & madrasas. That is very good and rewarding..But before you give to schools or mosques, look around you for such hard working sincere people who need it more than anyone else. Kindly start with those kind of people around before reaching out to those who are far away.. imagine if we all do that, the world will be a better place inshaAllah.,,

-) My dear sisters and brothers in Islam :

This world is the place of striving and the Hereafter is the place of reward or punishment, where the believers will be rewarded with Paradise and the disbelievers will be punished with Hell Fire.

-)#SubhaanaAllah :

We live in a generation where if you don't go clubbing you feel left out. If you wear a hijab you feel left out. If you're single you feel left out. If you pray you feel left out. If you listen to the Holy Qur'an instead of music you feel left out.

Remember you are born alone, you will die alone. You are accountable for your own actions. Indeed You will die alone, burried alone, be questioned alone, answer alone, and you will stand alone before Allah. May Allah ( Subhanahu wa Ta’ala ) make that day easy for us to withstand.

Allahumma Ameen.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
