Fear of Allah and what is it?
Alhamdulillah, الخشي لله is to fear Allah meaning to follow his commands as much as one can and avoid what he forbid
Allah says in Qur'an,
Yunus 10:62
Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve –
Yunus 10:63
Those who believed and were fearing Allah.
Yunus 10:64
For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter. No change is there in the words [i.e., decrees] of Allah. That is what is the great attainment.
On the authority of Abu Dharr Jundub ibn Junadah, and Abu Abdur-Rahman Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Have taqwa (fear) of Allah wherever you may be, and follow up a bad deed with a good deed which will wipe it out, and behave well towards the people. It was related by at-Tirmidhi, who said it was a hasan (good) hadeeth, and in some copies it is stated to be a hasan saheeh hadeeth..
Fear of Allah is not dressing or speech it is actions and intention and that makes us greater or best in sight of Allah.
Allah says,
Al-Hujurat 49:13
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Aware.
May Allah guides our eeman. Aamin
