OUR TOPIC IS 👇.                                                                                *COMMENTARY AND TAFSIR OF THE VERSES OF THE GLORIOUS QURAN (Episode 82)*

_It is obvious, however, that deriving right guidance from the Qur'an does not depend on grasping the meaning of these vocables, and that anyone who fails to understand them may still live a righteous life and attain salvation_
*The ordinary reader, therefore, need not delve too deeply into this matter.*_*So the wisdom behind these words is to alert the listeners of Qur’an that is why Surah starts with them.*_*These words attract the concentration of a listener*. _*Qur’an is a miracle, it is based upon haroof, haroof make ayaat and ayaat make surahs.*_
Every Surah that begins with these letters demonstrates the Qur’an’s miracle and magnificence, and this fact is known by those well-versed in such matters.
*The count of these Surahs is twenty-nine.*
_*PAGE 2*_.

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.

(This is) the Glorious Book in which there is no chance of doubt. (It is) a guide for those who guard against evil and fear Allah:
_*PAGE 3*_.
✍️...

This means it is that book which has no doubt in it.
● In Arabic, word  *Thalika* is used to show the importance of a thing.
*‘This’ book is not an ordinary book*
*Its original is in the Lauh-e-Mahfooz (Preserved Scripturum).*
This book has no doubts, it has all answers of hidden things, it satisfies the reader which  nobody else can do.
*Hudalil Mutaqeen:*
it is guidance for mutaqeen (who have taqwa).
*what is TAQWA?*
Avoiding sins with the fear of Allah.
👉 The root meaning of Taqwa is to avoid what one dislikes.
_But in Qur’an on other place it’s also said that Hidayah is for all.
_*PAGE 4*_.
✍️...

● Now contradiction has created if it’s for all then why it is said that it is for mutaqeen?
_Here we have to revise the meaning of Hidayah._
*Hidayah is of two types:*
*i) Ilmi* …one who can acquire knowledge of the Qur’an.
*ii) Amli*…one who can not only acquire knowledge of the Qur’an but also act according to  the Qur’an.
*Amli hidayah is for mutaqeen.*
Taqwa also has its levels
● There are people who recite the Qur’an and offer their Salah but it doesn’t change their behavior.
_*PAGE 5*_.
✍️...

*Why is that?*
It is because they lack Taqwa.
● They just read without understanding the meaning,
● if they understand, they don’t act upon it.
_*That’s why they lie in first category and don’t become mutaqee.*_
*Huda* here means the faith that resides in the heart, and only Allah is able to create it in the heart of the servants.
*Hidayah has two terms: Irshad and Toufeeq.*
● Irshad means Roushd.....knowledge.
__*PAGE 6*__.
✍️...

● while Toufeeq is skill of doing something.
*So it is concluded that hidayah depends on Taqwa.*
The more Taqwa you have the more guided you will be.
The more you fear Allah, the more you shall get guidance.
_We should not blame Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala and the Qur’an, that even after reading the Qur’an people don’t change._
_*The fault is ours. We don’t act upon what we learn.*
*PAGE 7*.

...

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.

Those who believe in the unseen, and establish Prayer (fulfilling all its requisites) and spend (in Our way) out of what We have given them;
____*PAGE 8*____.
✍️...

Ibn Jarir (At-Tabari) commented,
*“The preferred view is that they be described as having faith in the Unseen by the tongue, deed and creed.*
_Our emaan is completed with believing in the following:_
🔹 Oneness of Allah
🔹 Prophethood of Muhammad ﷺ and all other messengers (‘alayhi salaam)
🔹 His Angels
🔹 His Books
🔹 Last Day – Akhirah (life in the Hereafter)
🔹 Heaven and Hell
🔹 Sahabah radhiAllahu ‘anhu
🔹 Taqdeer (decree)
🔹 All good and bad is from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala.
____*PAGE 9*____.
✍️...

*Can we see any of them?*
No.
We believe in them as a Muslim and all these are invisible.
When Firoun (Pharaoh) at the time of his drowning saw the Angels of Death, he said, “I believe in the God of Moses.”
_When the veil of Unseen is lifted from eyes and a human can see angels then repentance is of no avail._
*وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلٰوةَ*
*wayuqeemoona assalata*
*“…And they establish their prayers…”*
Second important thing that is mentioned in this ayah is offering Salah and fulfilling obligations that accompany it, like all conditions and arqaan.
__*PAGE 10*__.
✍️...

These arqaans include Taharah (purification), niyah (intention), Wudu (ablution), punctuality of time, facing Ka
bah in Salah, method to pray according to the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ).

*وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ*
*wamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoon*
*“…And spend out of what We have provided for them.”*
Rizq is any beneficial thing that Allah subhanahu wa ta
ala has blessed us.
It is not limited to material wealth.
Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala likes those who give to others from their rizq and  do not keep it all for themselves
It includes Zakat, Sadaqah, and Nafaqat.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w...

IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE An obligation upon every Muslim

﷽ ➖➖➖ *IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE* ➖➖➖ *An obligation upon every Muslim* ➖➖➖  Allah ﷻ says  *وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ الأَسْمَآءَ كُلَّهَا* _And He taught Adam all the names of everything_ Meaning, the names that people use, such as human, animal, sky, earth, land, sea, horse, donkey, and so forth, including the names of the other species" *ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَـئِكَةِ* _Then He showed them to the angels_ Meaning, the creations. Qatadah رحمه الله said, _"Allah paraded the objects before the angels"_ *فَقَالَ أَنۢبِـُٔونِى بِأَسْمَآءِ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ* _And said, "Tell Me the names of these if you are truthful."_ [2:31] This was said to the Angels who in the previous verse said : *أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَآءَ* _Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood._ [2:30] _ So they the Angels said  *قَالُواْ سُبْحَـنَكَ لاَ عِلْمَ لَنَآ إِلاَّ مَا عَلَّمْتَنَآ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِي...
