● Much mischief is caused by those people, who  call themselves peacemakers while they do not even have a true perception of right and wrong.
By their blind arrogance, they supress the good and encourage the evil.
▪ Ibn Jarir said, “The hypocrites commit mischief on earth by disobeying their Lord on it and continuing in the prohibited acts.
▪ They also abandon what Allah made obligatory and doubt His religion, even though He does not accept a deed from anyone except with faith in His religion and certainty of its truth.
__*PAGE 2*__.
✍️...

▪ The hypocrites also lie to the believers by saying contrary to the doubt and hesitation their hearts harbor.
_*They give as much aid as they can, against Allah’s loyal friends, and support those who deny Allah, His Books and His Messengers.*
_This is how the hypocrites commit mischief on earth, while thinking that they are doing righteous work on earth.”
*Allah has opened their reality by calling them mischievous.*
____*PAGE 3*____.

*Let's continue on a brief tafsir on this verse*👇.  [2:13] Al-Baqarah-

And when it is said to them: ‘Believe as (other) people have believed,’ they say: ‘Shall we also believe (as those) fools have believed?’ Beware! (Certainly) they are themselves fools, but they do not know (their foolishness and low level).
____*PAGE 4*____.
✍️...

*“Believe as the people believe,”*
means, ‘Believing just as the believers believe in Allah, His angels, etc. And obey Allah and His Messenger
_Yet the hypocrites answer by saying,_

*“Shall we believe as the fools have believed?*
By fools they meant (may Allah curse the hypocrites) the Companions of the Messenger of Allah radhiAllahu ‘anhum.
_The hypocrites said, “Us and them having the same status, following the same path, while they are fools!”
● _Allah answered the hypocrites in all of these instances.
__*PAGE 5*__.
✍️...

For instance, Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala said here,
*“Verily, they are the fools.”*
*“But they know not.”*
● The hypocrites are unaware of their degree of deviation and ignorance.
● Such situation is more dangerous, a severer case of blindness, and far from truth than one who is aware.
● They do this to misdirect, mislead and deceive the believers.
● The hypocrites also want to have a share of the benefits and gains that the believers might possibly acquire.
_Hypocrite‘s (munafiq) heart is always full of desires of worldly benefit.
____*PAGE 6*____.
✍️...

👉 For his desires and wishes, he accepts the religion (deen) and only perform those tasks for which he has nothing much to do.
Zakaat, Sadqah (charity), Salah (prayer) and also other good deeds are foolishness near to them.
_*Replying to hypocrites’ comment Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala says it’s actually them who are being foolish. They are in great ignorance.*_
● They can work from 9-5 or even more for worldly gains but when they have to perform their duties to Allah, they feel it a big burden.
____*PAGE 7*____.
✍️...

● It’s really unintelligent to work hard for temporary advantages and leave the things that can give permanent happiness and benefits.
_*They are daaleen (went astray) who have no ilmi and amali hidayah, but they are putting effort in darkness of ignorance.*
● 👉Arrogance hides the reality and one cannot realize the actual truth, this is what happened with hypocrites of Madina.
_*If someone tries to mislead His supporters, Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala will help believers by showing them the reality of hypocrites.*
__*PAGE 8*__.
✍️...

      *Let's continue on this verse*👇.                           [2:14] Al-Baqarah-

And when they (the hypocrites) meet the believers, they say: ‘We (too) have believed,’ and when they meet their devils in private, they assure them: ‘We are certainly with you. We only mock (the believers).’
____*PAGE 9*____
✍️...

The Word *Munafiq* comes from the word *Naafaqa = a lizard’s hole.*
_The lizard of the desert makes two holes in the ground so that if a fox or a wolf comes to chase it from one hole, the lizard can run out of the other hole.
_*Similarly, the hypocrite enters Islam from one hole and leaves Islam from another hole.*_
_He also goes into one hole of Islam and then comes out of another hole secretly to approach the devils from amongst the disbelievers_
_He doesn’t correct himself_
● Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala is informing us that when the hypocrites meet with the believers, they proclaim their faith and pretend to be believers,
____*PAGE 10*____.
✍️...

● They do this to mislead and deceive the believers because 👉they also want to have a share of the benefits and gains that the believers might possibly acquire.

Yet,
*“But when they are alone with their Shayateen,”*
meaning, if they are alone with their devils, such as their leaders and masters among the rabbis of the Jews, hypocrites and idolaters they reveal their true selves.
They mock the believers but they don’t know that  *“Indeed, Allah defends those who have believed,” as He says in Surah Hajj Ayah 38*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
