...and hence Allah does not feel shy in using such imagery.
The word Fasiqeen means *‘to go outside or to stray beyond a limit’.*
In the terminology of the Shari’ah, Fisq signifies
*‘going beyond the circle of obedience to Allah, or transgressing the commandments of Allah’.*
▪ A man who commits a major sin and does not repent, or a person who doesn't pray namaaz.
▪ or who insists on committing minor sins and makes it a habit, would be called a faasiq in the terminology of the Fuqahaa’.

Let's continue on this verse*👇.                                        *Quran 2.27...*

*Who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers*

After Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala mentioned the proofs of His creating humans,
He mentioned another proof that they can witness, that is, the creation of the heavens and earth.
👉In recounting the blessings which man has received from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala, ayah 29 refers to Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala having created for man
*“all that the earth contains.”*
This small phrase comprehends all kinds of benefits, which accrue to him from the earth and its produce.

● Then, the ayah speaks of the creation of the sky and its division into seven skies or heavens. In this context, the Qur’an uses the Arabic word,  *Istawa* which initially means ‘to stand upright, to climb’,
and thence signifies ‘to turn or pay attention to something’,
and, in a wider sense, ‘to take a straight and firm decision which nothing can hinder'.
___*PAGE 5*____.

_The implication here is that Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala being Omniscient and Omnipotent, it was not at all difficult for Him to create the universe, once He had decided to do so._
👉This ayah is of the Mutashaabihaat,
_which means they are not clear in our limited human understanding. So we accept them as they are._

*وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ*
*“And only He is knowledgeable over everything.”*
He is telling us that only He has complete knowledge of everything, so we should admit that we couldn’t know everything.

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.                          *Al-Baqarah Ayah 40*

*O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you and fulfill My covenant that I will fulfill your covenant, and be afraid of Me*

_Surah Al-Baqarah is the first Surah that was revealed in Madina_ . This Surah talks mostly about Jews, because they were the most dominate group of the ‘People of the Book’ there. Before the advent of the Prophet salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, as their own religious books indicated, they were waiting for such an advent, and used to give its glad tidings to others. They were also in a very good economic condition at that time and, on the whole, they had a deep influence on the social affairs of Madina.
__*PAGE 8*__.

But, with the advent of Islam, many of them not only did not accept the invitation of Islam, but stood, hiddenly and openly, against it, because Islam hindered them from their unlawful interests and did not let them continue their evil social projects.  _*Now, after the passing of more than fourteen centuries, this same hostility is still alive and active against Islam.*__Allah’s Blessings for the Children of Israel:
Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala is reminding the Children of Israel that He did favour them, but they were ungrateful. From among the favours that Allah (Exalted be He) has bestowed upon the children of Israel are the following:
____*PAGE 9*____.
✍️...

🔹. The selection of messengers from among them.
🔹. The revelation of the holy books.
🔹. Saving them from the agonies of firaun and his people.                                            🔹. Enabling them to gain power on earth.
🔹. Causing    springs of water to gush forth out of stone.
🔹. Feeding them with Al-Manna and quails.
*What was the promise/convenant to Bani Isra’eel?* The covenant mentioned in this ayah , is same as  mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah ayah 83 and 84.
*covenant of worshipping Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala; to treat parents, kindred, orphans, and the needy with kindness; to have fair behaviour with people, to attend and be steadfast in ritual prayers; to pay alms; to avoid doing grievous wrongs, and to avoid shedding blood*
____*PAGE 10*______.
✍️...

Jews observed none of those promises and they continued their most vehement and the most torturous opposition and persecution against Islam and Muslims. Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala will fulfill His covenant:
● The bounties of Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala have never been given unconditionally and every blessing is accompanied by a responsibility or responsibilities.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
