This Ayah contains encouragement, followed by warning. .
● We as Muslims are also favoured, so we should not fall into their mistakes, otherwise Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala might remove His favour from us, just like He removed it from them.
*We should fulfill Allah’s promise (through obedience) so that He will fulfill His promise (of success and reward) for us.*

  *Let's continue on these verses*👇.                         Baqarah 45

*وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخٰشِعِينَ*

*And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive*
____*PAGE 3*____.

_Whenever the Prophet salAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was tested he would seek the help of Allah through prayer._
_When we are tested we seek help from other people🙄. We turn to the people, make phone calls, send them text messages or e-mails and chase them so they can get our work done
_*People CANNOT help us. Only Allah can and does. So, why turn to the creation when you have the Creator waiting for you to speak with Him?*_
__*PAGE 4*__.

● Patience means to control oneself at the first sight of the calamity. When things are not going your way, have patience. ● Things will change and become better, 👉but at a time that Allah has chosen. Therefore, work on your relationship with Him.
_*The Prophet termed the ability to have patience a blessing. He said no person has been favored more than he who has been given patience.*_
*Who are the Patient Ones?*
● Allah tells us that they are the "khashi’een." They are those who have the fear of their Lord in their hearts.

● They do not keep crying over their problems, but rather turn to their Lord and speak with Him. *The Prophet termed the ability to have patience a blessing. He said no person has been favored more than he who has been given patience.*_
*Who are the Patient Ones?*

● Allah tells us that they are the "khashi’een." They are those who have the fear of their Lord in their hearts,

*Let's continue on this verse*👇.                                       [2:46] Al-Baqarah-

(It is they) who are certain that they are about to meet their Lord and to Him are they going to return.
___*PAGE 7*___.

This verse means, these people know that they will be gathered before their Lord one day.
● If they don’t turn to Him in this world, then eventually they have to stand before Him on the Day of Judgment.
They cannot escape this meeting.
👉Therefore, they  *choose* to meet their Lord in this world before their eventual meeting with Him. Prayer is our meeting with Allah.
*He who stands before Allah in this world will have no fear of standing before Him on the Day of Judgment, (in sha Allah).*

*Let's continue on these verses*👇.                         Baqarah Ayaat 47

*O Children of Israel, remember My favor that I have bestowed upon you and that I preferred you over the worlds*
___*PAGE 9"___.
✍️...

_Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala again reminds the Children of Israel of His favors upon them.
● They were Allah’s chosen nation. It was a great favor upon them. He had preferred them above everyone else.
*Why does Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala repeatedly remind them of His favors?*
It is because one who remembers Allah’s favors develops a feeling of contentment and gratitude in his heart. One who complains more than he does shukr increases his frustration over what he does not have.
_Remember Allah and He will bless you with more._...Simple.

*And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be taken from it, nor will they be aided*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
