*Remain Focused*
[[---- Part 7 ----]]------------------
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Dua is that act which ‘connects’ the slave to his Master. Especially in this blessed month of Ramadan, Dua, according to a Hadith, has the unique ability to change destiny. 📚(Tirmidhi).
So,
Instead of losing your membership card as a Muslim by going to verify about why this and that happened or engaging in useless demonic Sadaqah prescribed by the fortune-tellers or so-called Mallams or Alfas, one of the best approach to every problem or life challenges is Du'a making.
But,
Why do some du’as (supplications) remain unanswered?
*Condition No 5:* Your Failure to Remember or Supplicate for others.
Making Du'a for someone secretly is a PASSWORD to getting ur own Du'a answered. Yes. But on condition that, u do not go broadcasting it directly or indirectly to the person or anyone.
Evidence:
“The supplication of a Muslim for his brother in his absence will certainly be answered.. Every time he/she makes a supplication for good for his/her brother,, the angel appointed for this particular task says: “Ameen!!! May it be for you too,” 📚Muslim, 1494
Muslim Faithful!
As Muslims, we are supposed to feel the pain of other Muslims and pray for them. Yes. Scan through around your area, figure out someone with similar Life challenges, mention their names and ask Allah (swt) to solve their problems.
Similarly,
Life can throw us into the same situation where we might need duas from others. So, you can ask people to make dua for you as well. This is a tacky situation sometimes as there’s a fine line between depending on Allah alone or thinking that someone’s intercession is divine. Please know that nobody can fulfill your wishes except Allah. So asking others to make dua for you can simply be a way to connect. This does not mean that you go to someone with the intention that their dua will ALWAYS be heard. Yes. By the end of the day, if Allah doesn’t will, nothing can be done. But this does not mean that we can’t ask people to pray for us.
And if anyone ask you to pay or bring money to buy this and that to enable him make Du'a for you or slaughter animal or prescribe sadaqah for you to do before or after he finishes the Du'a for you, please run away from such Alfas or Mallam. Yes. But this doesn't mean that you should not give something to the person you requested to make Du'a for you.. If I say something, I mean anything you like to give the person and not what the person will CONDITIONALLY point out to you to give him.
We may not even have to ask people for a dua if we help them out in one way or the other, or solve their problems, or be of use to them. Duas may pour out directly from their hearts for you.
To be continued...
