 *Alternative i‘tikāf*

[[-2nd Outing -]]
------------------

*Digest this if you can't perform i‘tikāf:*

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Majority of Muslims love to perform i‘tikāf (total seclusion inside the masjid) in the last 10 DAYS of Ramadan BUT certain genuine reasons could not allowed them.. There's nothing to worry about because there's alternative to harvesting all the goodies shared to you.

Muslim Faithful,!

The last ten nights of Ramadan are very special. The first of these nights occurs on the eve of the 21st day of Ramadan. In other words, it is the night that commences after the completion of the 20th day of fasting. Sometimes there are only nine nights, whenever the month of Ramadan lasts for only 29 days. Nevertheless, they are still traditionally referred to as “the last ten nights.”

The last ten nights of Ramadan are very special. These are the nights that the Prophet (Peace be upon him) would spend in constant worship. Among these nights is Lailatul Qadr – a night more blessed than a thousand months.. And the best Du'a to be said countless times everyday anytime in these days - (with or without ablution), while in menses, while walking, driving, sitting, cleaning the house, inside or outside swalah is the Du'a Nana Aisha (r.a.) thought us.

  ((اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عُفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي))

"O Allah, You are Forgiving and Generous, and you love forgiveness, so forgive me.'” 📚[Narrated by Imam Ahmad, al-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah. Its isnad is Sahih]

Now,

Aside the acts mentioned in the previous episode, here is another thing you can do on the last 10 night of Ramadan (if you are not performing itikaaf - In shaa Allah:

*Tip No 3:* Recitation of the glorious Quran

In the month of Ramadan, rewards of good deeds are multiplied.

Now,

How do u see the SPEED of machine when u go to purchase petrol from the filling stations❓Metre reader rushing seriously right❓This is exactly how our rewards rushes when we recite Quran. *Each letter* of Quran is 10 rewards. Meaning if u say   ~  ~  *بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم*         you have 180 rewards cheaply to urself.

My people!

For those who can not read all the chapters of the Qur'an bcos they have not finished learning it, they should read all the chapters or verses they have learnt repeadly everyday or anytime they want to engage in Qur'an recitation.

After all,

The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Verily the one who recites the Quran beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, he will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels.. And as for the one who recites with *difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses,* then he will have *TWICE* that reward.”
📚 (Sahih Al-Bukhari).

So,

From the above hadith, we can understand that a person will get the double reward that is trying hard and doing extra effort to learn and recite Quran for pleasing Allah Almighty.

Bearing in mind that, the more verses you read perday, the more rewards 📚Evidence:

Nana Aishah (r.a) reported:

"Whoever recites a letter from Allah's Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lam Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter and Mim is a letter 📚(Sunan At-Tirmizi

*Tip No 4:* Give charity and help the needy.

To be continued...

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
