 Muslims Till Death:

AS SALAAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKAATUHU. LET'S START TONIGHT'S EDUCATION. OUR TOPIC IS 911 šŸ‘‡.                                                                              *RAMADAN (FASTING )(Episode 13) *(final)

▪️Once she becomes clean after having an operation to clean the womb, she should fast.
The scholars stated that the embryo is considered to start taking shape after 80 days of pregnancy.
_ _
If a woman becomes clean from nifaas before forty days, she should fast and do ghusl so she can pray.
(al-Mughni ma’a al-Sharh al-Kabeer, 1/360).
___*PAGE 2*___.                                    ✍️...

▪️If the bleeding resumes within forty days after the birth, she should stop fasting, because this is still nifaas. Any bleeding beyond the fortieth day is considered to be istihaadah (non-menstrual bleeding) – unless it coincides with the usual time of her period, in which case it is hayd (menstrual blood).

▪️ If a breastfeeding woman fasts during the day and sees a spot of blood during the night, although she was clean during the day, her fast is still valid.
(Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 10/150).
___*PAGE 3*___.                                     ✍️...

▪️The scholars differed concerning the ruling on pregnant woman and breastfeeding mothers if they do not fast. There are several opinions.
_ _
▫️. That they have to feed the poor only, and not make up the fasts.
Among the Sahaabah, this was the view of ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas (رضي الله عنه). Ibn Qudaamah also narrated this in al-Mughni (3/37) from Ibn ‘Umar (رضي الله عنه).
___*PAGE 4*___.                                     ✍️...

Ibn ‘Abbās (رضي الله عنه) said: “If the pregnant woman fears for herself, or the breastfeeding woman for her child in Ramadān, then they are to break their fast and in place feed a poor person for each day and they are not to make up the missed days.”
(At-Tabari in his Tafsīr (2/136, Dar Al-Fikr)
_ _
▫️. That they have to make up the fasts only.
This is the view of Imam Abu Haneefah. Among the Sahaabah, it was the view of ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (رضي الله عنه).
___*PAGE 5*___.                                     ✍️...

They cited the analogy to the sick. Just as the sick are allowed not to fast and have to make it up later, the same applies to those who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
(Al-Mughni, 3/37; al-Majmoo’, 6/273)
_ _
▫️. That if they fear for themselves, they have to make up the fast only, and if they fear for their children then they have to make up the fasts and feed one poor person for each day. This is the view of Imam al-Shaafa’i and Imam Ahmad.
Al-Jassaas also narrated this from Ibn ‘Umar (رضي الله عنه).
___*PAGE 6*___.                                    ✍️...

▪️If a pregnant woman fasts and experiences some bleeding, her fast is still valid.
(Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 10/225).

▪️In the case of a woman who is obliged to fast, if her husband has intercourse with her during the day in Ramadaan with her consent, then the ruling applies to them both.
_ _
If, however, he forces her to do that, she should do her best to resist him, and she does not have to offer expiation. Ibn ‘Aqeel (رحمه الله) said:
___*PAGE 7*___.                                ✍️...

"In the case of a man who has intercourse with his wife during the day in Ramadaan whilst she is sleeping, she does not have to offer expiation.” But to be on the safe side, she should make up that fast later on.
(Ibn Taymiyah was of the opinion that this did not invalidate her fast at all).

▪️Women have to make up the fasts that they miss during Ramadaan, even without their husbands’ knowledge.
___*PAGE 8*___.
✍️...

_ _
If a woman starts to observe an obligatory fast, she is not allowed to break it except for a legitimate reason. Her husband is not permitted to order her to break her fast when she is making up a day that she has missed; he is not allowed to have intercourse with her when she is making up a missed fast, and she is not allowed to obey him in that regard.
(Fataawa alLajnah alDaa’imah, 10/353).

▪️In the case of voluntary fasts, a woman is not permitted to start a non obligatory fast when her husband is present without his permission.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

*BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
