Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 192:


فَإِنِ انتَهَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

But if they cease, then Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Remember that sinning is a choice. You have been given the faculty to tell right from wrong. So use that choice for your own good.  Each time you’re tempted to do wrong but choose to do the right thing, you grow. That’s how you develop a closer link with the Almighty.

DU'Ā FOR ONE YOU HAVE INSULTED


اللَّهُمَّ فأَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ سَبَبْتُهُ فَاجْعَلْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ قُرْبةً إلِيْكَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

Allaahumma fa'ayyumaa mu'minin sababtuhu faj'al thaalika lahu qurbatan 'ilayka yawmal-qiyaamati.

O Allah, whomever of the believers I have abused, give him the reward of a sacrificial slaughter for it on the Day of Resurrection.
