*You are Challenging Allah indirectly.*
In talking about the creation of Allah, Allah says in the Quran "... For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; He creates what He wills: and God has the power to will anything!" - 5:17 (Asad)
Then, He Allah further describes himself as "Al Khaaliq (Creator)", "Al Baari (Maker)", "Al Musawwir (The Fashioner of Forms)". With these claims, still, there are people among us who will look at Allah's creation and make fun of them. For instance, challenging people for their colour of skin, or challenging a disabled person. We must remember that it is Allāh who creates everything and everyone, not by choice. Nobody in this world chooses his parents, they were chosen for him, nobody chooses their race or colour, Allāh chose it for him, likewise, nobody chooses to be wealthy or poor, Allah chose it for him.
So whenever you challenge someone for their deformity or shape or colour or nature, or form, then you are challenging Allāh indirectly. Such a challenge can take someone out of the fold of Islam. May Almighty Allah forgive us. Ameen.
