*REPENTANCE - THE CRADLE OF DIVINE MERCY*

*Turn to Allaah (ﷻ) in Repentance and Trust in Him (ﷻ)*

Allaah (ﷻ) says;

*وَإِنِّى لَغَفَّارٌ لِّمَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحًا ثُمَّ ٱهْتَدَىٰ*

*“But indeed, I am the Perpetual Forgiver of whoever repents and believes and does righteousness and then continues in guidance.”*
(Ta Ha 20:82)

There is never a time or will ever be a time Allaah (ﷻ) has or will reject sincere repentance. We all make mistakes in our lives and we all commit sins because Allaah (ﷻ) has created us weak and we are bind to sin against our *Creator*.

We are all humans and most times tend to lose the path for a while. What do we do when we realize we were wrong? We gently and sincerely turn to Allaah (ﷻ) in repentance.

Allaah (ﷻ) says;

*قُلْ يَٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ*

*“Say, ‘O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], . . .”*

*لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِۚ*

*“. . . Do not despair of the mercy of Allaah, . . .”*

*إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًاۚ*

*“. . . Indeed, Allaah forgives all sins, . . .”*

*إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ*

*“. . . Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful’.”*
(Az-Zumar 39:53)

Allaah (ﷻ) hates sins, whether small or big, and Allaah (ﷻ) warns of punishment for sins, but He (ﷻ) does not want His slaves to despair of His mercy. He (ﷻ) likes we the sinners to seek His forgiveness and repent to Him (ﷻ), but Shaytan likes it when despair fills our hearts and he prevents us from repenting and turning to Allaah (ﷻ).

__
Ya Bani Adam! If you don't know it, know it now; Shaytan doesn't win when you sinned against Allaah (ﷻ) but he wins when you felt that Allaah (ﷻ) cannot forgive you for that sin.

Allaah (ﷻ) says;

*ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ يَعِدُكُمُ ٱلْفَقْرَ وَيَأْمُرُكُم بِٱلْفَحْشَآءِۖ*

*“Satan threatens you with poverty and orders you to immorality, . . .”*

*وَٱللَّهُ يَعِدُكُم مَّغْفِرَةً مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلًاۗ*

*“. . . While Allaah promises you forgiveness from Him and bounty, . . .”*

*وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ*

*“. . . And Allaah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.”*
(Al-Baqarah 2:268)

We all want good things to happen in our lives, but too often we want it now; not later. When it doesn’t happen the way we want it to, we are tempted to ask, *_“When, Allaah (ﷻ), when?”_* Forget about all this and seek forgiveness from your *Creator* and work for *ʾĀkhirah*.

__
Stop the sins, regret deeply and truly for the sins you committed, return to Allaah (ﷻ) for forgiveness, and make a strong intention never to return to that sins ever again.

Remember, Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه) narrated that Allaah's Messenger (ﷺ) said; *_“When Allaah completed the creation, He wrote in His Book which is with Him on His Throne, ‘My Mercy overpowers My Anger’.”_*
(Sahih al-Bukhari 3194, Book 59, Hadith 5)

So, Allaah (ﷻ) will always have mercy upon anyone who seeks for His forgiveness sincerely.

Believe that Allaah (ﷻ) is the *“Most Forgiving, Most Merciful and Most Compassionate”* to all children of Adam (عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ). He (ﷻ) will always forgive us when we ask for it.

May Allaah (ﷻ) forgive us our sins, shower His mercy upon us and guide us through the straight path.

*آمين يا رب العالمين*

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

 DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD

 *BEST TIME FOR TAHAJJUD* It is best to delay this prayer to the last third portion of the night. Abu Hurairah reports that the Messenger of Allah said: "Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven during the last third of the night, inquiring: 'Who will call on Me so that I may respond to him? Who is asking something of Me so I may give it to him? Who is asking for My forgiveness so I may forgive him?"' This is related by the group. 'Amr ibn Abasah reports that he heard the Prophet say: "The closest that a slave comes to his Lord is during the middle of the latter portion of the night. If you can be among those who remember Allah, the Exalted One, at that time then do so." This is related by al-Hakim who grades it sahih according to Muslim's standards, and at-Tirmizhi calls it hasan sahih. AnNasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah also recorded it. Abu Muslim asked Abu Zharr: "Which late-night prayer is the best?" He said: "I asked the Messenger of A...
