The dangers of spreading the immoralities of others on social media.
Alhamdulillah, it is forbidden to spread the fornication of someone on media even if he records it and one finds it, one should conceive his defect to avoid shaming his honor without his knowledge.
Even with his knowledge it is forbidden because it is like supporting in the evil.
Just today as the prophet salla Allahu alayhi wasalam said,
The hour will not come until fornication becomes common that a person will commit zina like donkey on the pathway
Sahih
Today it is common everywhere and that is social media where peoples secret marriage intimacy is shared and spread with the lest mistake they make.
This is haraam as the prophet salla Allahu alayhi salam forbade it.
The honour of a believer is sacred more than the kaaba in the sight of Allah.
As reported,
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr said:
“I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) circumambulating the Ka’bah and saying: ‘How good you are and how good your fragrance; how great you are and how great your sanctity. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the sanctity of the believer is greater before Allahthan your sanctity, his blood and his wealth, and to think anything but good of him.’”
Sunan Ibn Majah 3932.
Lets keep the secret and protect the honour of others as believers even if it is non muslims.
Dont make social media make us fall into jahannam because of the honour of another human .
