بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم

Islam is a faith that is flexible, lenient and merciful. Infact, Islam is mercy for the entire creation, especially if we reflect on one of the biggest gifts - *"the gift of Quran"*

Slaves of Allah!

Quran is Allah’s greatest gift to humanity – it is a book like no other. The Quran guides humankind to high standards of morality and motivate them to strive to be the best human beings possible. Yes. Whenever life becomes too difficult or we are beset by injury, illness, or unhappiness, Quran will light our way and lighten our burdens. It is a source of solace and ease. It is a mercy to humankind.

From hadith:

Abu hurairah (RA) narrated that the prophet (pbuh) said: *“gather around, for i will recite to you a third of the quran.”* then when people had gathered, the prophet (pbuh) came out and recited surah *“{قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ}"* - Qul hu-wallaahu ‘Ahad (Ie - Quran chapter 112) and then went back in. People then said to one another: *“it must have been news from heaven which made him go back in.”* the prophet (pbuh) then, came out again and said: “i have told you that i will recite to you a third of the quran. Verily, it is equivalent to a one-third of the quran.” 📚 Authentic Hadith

Also,

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported: ~ A man heard another man reciting, *“{قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ}"* - Qul hu-wallaahu ‘Ahad (ie - Quran chapter 112) again and again. The next morning he came to the Messenger of Allah, (pbuh) and told him about it, as if he thought it was not enough to recite only the surah repeatedly. The Prophet said, “By the one in whose hand is my soul, reciting it once (1X) is equal to a one-third of the Quran.” 📚Source: S‌ah‌i‌h‌ al-Bukha‌ri‌ 4726

Therefore,

It is evident that one who recites Surah Ikhlas once shall be rewarded for reciting one-third of the Holy Quran.

And,

Surah Ikhlas - ie - *“{قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ}"* - is also known as Surah at-Tawheed. Yes. Tawheed means unity. So this Surah is all about explaining the Oneness of Allah which is the first pillar of Islam.

Muslim Faithful!

It is very clear how important frequent recitation of this Surah is. Infact, there are morethan 30 other BENEFITS of reciting this surah, one of which is that - "if you are not into any shirk in any way, Its recitation 10X (ten times) can help you enter Paradise. Yes. And what more could a Muslim ask for!

Evidence:

Hadith narrated by mu’ad ibn anas (RA), the prophet (pbuh) said: “whoever reads surah qul hu-wallaahu ‘ahad ten times, Allah (swt) will build for him or her a house in paradise.” Umar (RA) then said: “then we will increase our recitation of it.” the prophet (pbuh) said: "Allah is more kind and more generous.” 📚 Authentic Hadith

Now,

More BENEFITS of this surah 🔜 In shaa Allah if you read the next episodes of this article.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Ath-thalaatha. 28th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Tuesday 7th May 2024). *_GIVE CHARITY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD_*. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory congregational prayer is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as charity." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 4/2891]. To show gratitude to ALLAH for keeping your body safe and sound, you should give in charity or do charitable deeds. Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: ALLAH'S Messenger (sallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one w...
