Salute the Prophet*

 *Salute the Prophet*

------------------------------

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Did you remember that: Aus bin Aus (RA) reported: The prophet (pbuh) said, *“Among the best of your days is Friday; so supplicate Allah more often for me in it , for your supplications will be displayed to me.”* He was asked: “O Messenger of Allah! How will our blessings be displayed to you when your decayed body will have mixed with the earth?” He (PBUH) replied, “Allah has prohibited the earth from consuming the bodies of the Prophets.” 📚 [Abu Dawood, Saheeh Al-Albani]

Servants of Allah!

If we send countless SALUTATIONS to our prophet (pbuh) everyday ESPECIALLY on Friday,

▪️ Our status will be raised &  our sins will be forgiven - Reference 📚(An-Nisa’i Sahih)

▪️It helps our Du'a get accepted - Reference📚 (At-Tirmidhi)

▪️Allah (swt) will send blessings on you - Reference 📚 (Sahih Muslim, 384).

▪️The Prophet (pbuh) will receive and return your greetings - Reference 📚 (An-Nisa’i) & (Abi Dawood Sahih)

▪️It will draw you closer to the Prophet (pbuh) - Reference 📚(At-Tirmidhi, 484)

▪️All your worries will be lifted (meaning, you will get all the good u wanted easily) - Reference 📚 (Sahih Musnad Ahmed)

My people!

Majority of Muslims today lose all their rewards expected to be gained by attending jummah prayer behind imam on Friday just because they did not know things they do which nullify their rewards.

Today, we see Muslim faithful talking/discussing, pressing phone, running from one Internet site to another and even answering phone calls while the imam is on the Minbar saying Friday Khutbah (sermon). All these actions are actions which nullify ones jumaat reward completely. Also, playing with things like our fingers or any body part, clothes, items, car keys etc is prohibited. In fact, even saying of Salam to someone is not permissible at that moment.

Slaves of Allah!

Those who attend Jumu’ah prayer should be quiet and listen attentively to the imam when he is preaching. It is not permissible to speak to others, even if that is to tell them to be quiet. Whoever does that has engaged in idle talk (laghw), and whoever engages in idle talk, his Jumu’ah prayer does not count.  📚Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 892; Muslim, 851).

Muslim Faithful!

We should remember that, Allah (swt) did not design it that HIS Angels from the sky should descend to do the jobs of masjid maintenance meant for human beings.

Yes. It's not only in our houses that caretaking culture is required, but even in the masjid where we worship Allah (swt), maintenance and replacement culture is a necessity.

Therefore,

I remind myself, you and every woman who pray at home to prepare to be dropping something (reasonable) inside FISSABILILLAHI BOX everyday especially today Friday.

Even women who pray at home?

Yes. Women who pray at home should also not be left behind in budgeting something for the maintenance of the house of Allah. As many masaajid have account details which she can use to send her contribution. She can also send her husband or son to help her drop something inside Fissabilillahi box *(ie - if she knows that her husband or son will not corner it into his pocket)*. We should do this REGULARLY especially on FRIDAY - for the running of the activities of the masjid & for the propagation of the religion of Allah in general.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
