The Miracle in...

 *The Miracle in.....*

*The Story of ‘Bismillah’ and the hairdresser of Pharaoh’s daughter and her children:*

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas (ra) said:  The Prophet (pbuh) said: *“On the night on which I was taken on the Night Journey (Isra’), a beautiful fragrance came to me.  I said: O Jibreel, what is this beautiful fragrance? He said: This is the fragrance of the hairdresser of Pharaoh’s daughter and her children. I said: What is their story? He said: Whilst she was combing the hair of Pharaoh’s daughter one day, the iron comb fell from her hand and she said,, ‘Bismillaah (in the name of Allah).’ The daughter of Pharaoh said: ‘My father?’ She said: ‘No. My Lord and the Lord of your father is Allah.’ She said: ‘I will tell him (Pharaoh) about that.’ She said: ‘Yes.’ So she told Pharaoh and he summoned her and said: ‘O So and so, do you have a Lord other than me?’ She said: ‘Yes, my Lord and your Lord is Allah.’ He ordered that a baqarah (lit. “cow”) made of copper be heated up, then he ordered that she and her children be thrown into it. She said: ‘I have a request to make of you..’ He (pharaoh) said: ‘What is your request?’ She (hair dresser) said: ‘I would like my bones and my children’s bones to be gathered together in one cloth and buried.’ He (pharaoh) said: ‘This will be done for you.’ He (pharaoh) ordered that her children be thrown into it in front of her, one by one, until they came to the last one who was an infant boy who was still being breastfed.. It was as if she wavered because of him (ie - the child), but he (the infant child) said: ‘O mother,, go ahead, for the punishment of this world is easier to bear than the punishment of the hereafter.’ So she went ahead..”

بسم       ا       لله

‘Bismillah’, is another phrase to say before starting any of your actions.. This is bcoz it contains immense barakah rather than only self-conscious.

Servants of Allah!

Basmallah is a gift from Allah (swt), and the word - اسم - in Bismillah has covered all the spectrum of His divine names, without missing out not even one name we probably need today.

The Baa (ب) before اسم,,, in English, is equal to 'In', or 'with', or in this case, 'because' .. Yes..
Imagine this... By saying Bismillah before any of your actions, it's as if you were saying it is only possible for you to do this and that by Allah's aid only

Now,

When a person begins something by pronouncing Allah’s name (with sincerity in his heart💞), he/she will enjoy Allah’s support and succor .. Yes.. Allah will bless his/her efforts and protect him/her from the machinations and temptation of Satan.

*Additional Virtues Of Saying Bismillah B4 Every Action:*

BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING:

The Prophet (pbuh) said: “When one of you eats some food, let him say Bismillah, and if he forgets to do so at the beginning, let him say:

بسم الله فى اوله واخره

Bismillah fi awwalihi wa aakhirihi ~ (In the name of Allah at the beginning and end). 📚 Narrated by at-Tirmidhi, 1781

TO SUM IT UP:

Get used to saying Bismillah b4 commencing every action.. Yes,, every action.. B4 putting on and removing dresses,👚👗shoes 👠👛👢👝, b4 closing the door of your house or room, infact say Bismillah before commencing every action.. And we should as well teach our kids to get used to this.

NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Arba'a. 29th day of Shaw'waal, 1445AH (Wednesday 8th May 2024). *_NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF ALLAH_*. BismilLah.  Even though feelings of Panic, stress/worries etc are part of life, they must not reduce our acts of worship or trust in ALLAH. The more a man turns to ALLAH and focuses on HIM, the more he will feel a sense of peace and comfort, to an extent that no one knows except ALLAH. Hence those who know ALLAH, are close to HIM and fear HIM are the happiest of people, to such an extent that one of them said, in a well-known expression: “If the kings and the sons of kings knew what joy we have, they would fight us for it with the sword.” This is also what is expressed in the Qur’an, as ALLAH says: “Whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him ALLAH will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and ALLAH will ...

HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yaum Al-Khamis, 22nd day of Jumaadal Uula 1447AH, Thursday, 13th November, 2025.  *_HELPING OTHERS WITH INTENTION FOR ALLAH'S HELP IN RETURN_*. BismilLah.  When we help our brothers and sisters in Islam, in reality, we are helping ourselves. The Messenger of ALLAH (S.A.W) said: He who relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, ALLAH Azzawajallah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Judgment. He who makes easy what is difficult, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will make it easy for him in the world and the hereafter. He who conceals the faults of a Muslim, ALLAH ALLAH Azzawajallah will conceal his faults in this ALLAH Azzawajallah world and the Hereafter, for ALLAH helps the servant as long as he helps his brother. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ "Muslim 2699. AlhamdulilLah.  With this I hope with immediate effect we will all strive to help each other in any possible way such as making dua for each other, supporting our relatives and those in need in ou...

THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 3rd day of Rabeeul Awwal 1447AH, Tuesday, 26th August 2025. *_THE MUSLIM WOMAN AND HER OWN SELF_*. BismilLah.  Islam encourages Muslims in general to stand out among people, readily distinguishable by their dress, appearance and behaviour, so that they will be a good example, worthy of the great message that they bring to humanity. According to the hadith narrated by the great Sahabi Ibn al-Hanzaliyyah, the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) told his Companions, when they were travelling to meet some brothers in faith: "You are going to visit your brothers, so repair your saddles and make sure that you are dressed well, so that you will stand out among people like an adornment, for ALLAH (SWT) does not love ugliness." Reported by Imam Abu Dawud, 4/83, in Kitab al-libas, bab ma ja'a fi isbal al-izar. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) considered an unkempt and careless appearance, and scruffy clothes and furnishings, to be...
