*_THE CORRECT AND COMPREHENSIVE MEANING OF ISLAM_*. BismilLah. 


Unfortunately, when you ask most Muslims the meaning of Islaam; some often quote a simple response to mean PEACE. Really?, the meaning of Islam is not just PEACE. In actual fact, the short meaning of Islaam is SUBMISSION, and these two meanings are mutilated definition of Islaam. The comprehensive definition of Islaam is THE PEACE WE ACQUIRE WHEN WE SUBMIT TO THE WILL OR COMMANDS OF THE CREATOR, ALLAH Azzawajal This means we can not submit to our tradition, culture, our own desires, our jobs, relationships, or to anything but to ALLAH'S commands.


Those who submit and surrender to ALLAH’S commands are called MUSLIMS that's why ALLAH referred to all Past Prophets and Messengers such as Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Joseph,  Jesus peace be upon them all as Muslims in the Quran because they all submitted to the commands of ALLAH Azzawajal. That's why Jesus Christ said in John 6:38, I came to do what ALLAH commanded me to do and that makes him a Muslim by submitting to the commands of ALLAH Azzawajal to do whatever he did including all his miracles none were by his authority but by the power and permission of his CREATOR, ALLAH. This means that Islam is a complete way of life. How to worship, how to sleep, eat, relate to others, etc, must be from the teachings of ALLAH and HIS Messenger sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Aameen.  Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (SallallahuAlaihiWasallam) said, "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being.* If one helps a person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride on it or by lifting his luggage on to it, all these will be regarded as charity.  ﷽ ➖➖➖ *IMPORTANCE OF SEEKING KNOWLEDGE* ➖➖➖ *An obligation upon every Muslim* ➖➖➖  Allah ﷻ says  *وَعَلَّمَ ءَادَمَ الأَسْمَآءَ كُلَّهَا* _And He taught Adam all the names of everything_ Meaning, the names that people use, such as human, animal, sky, earth, land, sea, horse, donkey, and so forth, including the names of the other species" *ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَـئِكَةِ* _Then He showed them to the angels_ Meaning, the creations.
